I didn’t get anyones name, but the gal that was up front with the cute nose ring today (7.23) is always so sweet and I’m always happy to see her. “We SO happy to have been referred to Southern Oregon Fine Meats. The number one thing I can say is-- you get all of your meat. The three places we used before, also in S. Oregon, shorted us every time. Also known as stealing. And a lot. It's one of those things that's hard to figure out until you actually get all your meat and see the difference. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the beef is always trimmed perfectly and packed well. Tip: Getting excellent beef is the first step, and we're happy to use Diamond Bar Beef, grass fed and finished, also out of S. Oregon.”

“I ended up with some questionable steak from the freezer case, but when I called to let him know we didn't feel good about eating it, Travis was extremely apologetic and even offered to DELIVER replacements to me (I live in Jacksonville and had made a trip out to Sams Valley, since grass-fed/finished isn't easy to find in the valley). He followed up with a second call when he didn't hear back from me for a few days and wanted to do whatever he could to make sure I was happy. We ended up settling on a refund, and he sent me out the door with a free package of jerky. The jerky is fantastic. I'll be back to try again for more steaks next time I'm out that way. Thanks for being kind and generous and turning what could have been a disappointing situation into a really nice interaction :)”
