This review has nothing to do with the employees. They are great and have nothing to do with the ongoing price hikes. It's the Southern Oregon management team that is gauge pricing their customers right out the door. You can go to Ross or Marshalls for less money. If it's a new clothing item GW usually has a $25-$30 price tag on it. I will continue to go North to Cottage Grove and Eugene where I can get much better deals!

TOTALLY OVER PRICED! Saw some used items from the Dollar Tree for 2 and 3 times the price. I used to go all the time but now it's about once over 3 MONTHS.

I want to say before anything else that the girls that work here WORK HARD & are always so kind & helpful anytime we've came in. They deserve a raise & all the best. The 1 star & rest of the review is not for them. We have came in here every week, many times twice a week for the past 2 years & spend a few hundred dollars a week/month. The lady who manages this store has not been kind to us once. We tried on two separate occasions to return something with a receipt & were given a hassle by the manager. The first time, for a pair of almost brand new sneakers that were a wide not a medium, completely our mistake & the second time for an item that we tried to return a few weeks ago but all Goodwill's in the area(we went to 2 other's including all the way to Ashland) were closed for (employee appreciation we learned). We both work full time & couldn't come back before the next weekend. My best friend & love of my life wanted to just not bother trying to return anything here because she doesn't want to deal with any negativity I insisted last time we came but she said "only if the manager isn't here, it's not worth the experience". Well I wish I would have listened to her on that because I walked right up to manager explaining that it was closed last week when we came for a return & that we had the receipt. She looked at my honey not me (who works VERY HARD with a full time job & runs her own business- sells/donates items, clothing & housewares to help those aging out of foster care & on the autism spectrum) & was already shopping & near by and said "I will consider it". It was very rude to respond to her & not to me. That's when when I knew she had an issue with her for whatever reason. We called another Goodwill right there in the store & the manager was very nice & understanding and said we just need to bring our receipt. We have always been able to go to another Goodwill & return anything on the rare occasion we need to, so no bashing the goodwill, just an FYI. We told this experience to another goodwill employee(not at this site) and he said we should contact the corporate office, we have not done so. I'm sure the manager has some nice qualities, and maybe just isn't a happy person at the moment & it's easy to become a little jaded with some people trying to take advantage. It's necessary to be strict at times but we weren't expecting her to bend the rules. It's important to listen to people & judge each situation fairly, which is what makes a good manager. We hope she finds her happy. We will continue to shop here & at other Goodwill's but will take care of returns elsewhere.

Review is purely based of there donation policy... I understand they can't take garbage by no mean but for example I am trying to donate a cooler. It had the slightest amount of water in from guess what water... imagine that however they couldn't accept it. This is just one example however in my opinion, the donation folks are high as mighty can be in there view and are turning away valuable items because of silly reasons. Due to this I may limit my donations to this location as only this one has been this painful to donate too. Cooler picture attached for example.

Nice store, friendly staff. Found some shirts for my daughter and she was needing a glass heart to put all her polished rocks in. She also found a blue mason jar.

Seriously disappointed! I donated this backpack and only paid $10 brand new! This is goodwill you get everything donated to you. People come here to pay less for USED things you should be ashamed ripping people off like this!

This is the nicest newest Goodwill in the valley and has good floor space and good stock. Prices seem to be going up everywhere including here but it's still one of the most economical places to get your stuff.

This store is so overpriced and doesn’t even have that good stuff they are even expensive on clothes they really need to fix their prices and everything good they get from donations they don’t bring it in store it goes on the supposedly offbrand eBay called SHOPGOODWILL.COM !!!They used to be a thrift store now they are just a bunch of overpriced resellers look at the pics if you wanna see how expensive they check everything online before they bring it inside store and this place is definitely not for resellers I have no problem with employees just the pricing and more and cmon $5 per game some of them are worth $1 this store really needs to fix their stuff !!

Literally came here to donate and saw a sign saying donations closed due to heat and bad air in January. Lady came out and yelled at me I couldn't leave my donation because she was short staffed. In the time it took her to yell at me she could have taken the bag of clothes I was donating.

This Goodwill location is pretty great. It is definitely an interesting place to shop at. They have all kinds of merchandise, including clothing, shoes, holiday decorations, knick knacks, sporting equipment, furniture, and much more! They have recently remodeled, and the staff seems very friendly, and the store is pretty clean and organized. It is also nice that they accept donations at this site. Stop in and browse around for a while, you will probably find your deal of the day!

Over priced items. Who does the pricing there. You get this stuff for free and over charge people. And half the time the stuff don't even work. Disappointed.
