It took us awhile to figure out that our own little US Cellular outlet just down the road was always able to help us clear up the problems that appeared with our phone use (unlike some other outlets). Eddie, Jen and several others have consistently combined professional knowledge with a degree of patient courtesy in solving our (often simplistic) problems and teaching us how best to avoid repeats. The phone industry itself still as many issues to work on in terms of connectivity, internet usage, etc... but when it comes time to purchase a new Galaxy, we will remember how we were treated at the White City office!

Full disclosure. I have had US Cellular for almost 10yrs. I haven't done a review because I haven't needed to go into the location in White City. I live in a rural area in Trail Oregon. Plenty of mountains and trees as well as where the deer and the antelope play. Ok no antelope. The cell service is great. From traveling from Arizona to Colorado to Washington etc the service stays good and never a problem. The sales associates that seen to be the main two that keep this store open and customers happy. Jen and Eddie. Eddie's knowledge stretches way beyond the current cell craziness. He understands the way cell phones not only are there for us to make calls but how complicated and complex cell phones interact with all the things we do with our phones. Such as programs like Facebook , Instagram, Snap Dragon, Snap Crackle and Pop..,Snap Something. You get it. The store has been here for yrs. Which tells me one thing.. They take care of thier customers. Plenty of parking. They offer sales and service for the same thing other Cell stores carry but what sets them apart is the simple but extroanary customer service, which they don't talk down to you because you might not be up on all the Cellular market and the relationships we have with our phones like MySpace, Twitty, and others. He never talked down to me, I mean he does not talk down to anyone. They won't make you feel bad or imitate sounds that your phone makes after you accidently left your phone in your jacket and you washed it dried it. It happens..So carrier's and service are not all the same if you are in need foe speed or phone stuff They have it with the bonus of Excellence at no extra charge. That is my 411.

I do not recommend this us cellular. Possibly another location would be good. This location needs to work on communication. They mislead me completely on my purchase. Make sure to record everything they are saying verbally. Cause what they say is a verbal binding contract no matter what they have you sign.

I broke an accessory for my phone. Eddie discovered it wasn't in stock, reached out to the other stores to find it without success. Found where he could have it drop shipped to my house. In a day and age where customer service is few and far between Eddie went above and beyond for a low dollar item, that just makes my life better. Thanks Eddie.

Eddie has big shoes to fill with Breezy leaving. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me change my plan with full details on those changes. I added him to my phone under Breezy Eddie. Ggg thank you for having such great staff to help old ladies like me. He is a keeper.

I have been to other US Celluar locations and none compare to the experience I had at this location. Eddie deserves to be highly recognized for his outstanding customer service, attention to detail and his professionalism. He truly has made my experience top notch and I look forward to going to him with any questions or concerns. Ask for him next time you visit the store, you won’t regret it!
