The White City OR hours are posted as closing at 5PM, both in their website and doors. What I discovered today is that if they feel that the day is slow, they lock up at 4:30pm. There is no notification anywhere that this is the practice. I arrived today as the postal worker looked straight at me and a woman that entered just before me, gave his keys a flip and walked away with not even an acknowledgement. Ridiculous but not surprising behavior from a government employee

Guy at the front should not be handling customers. Absolutely rude and uncalled for, and based on other people's reviews- this is something that should have been taken care of by management long ago.

Lucas is an absolute waste of space. Lazy and rude and definitely should not be at the front desk. I watched him be extremely rude to every customer in front of me. I have spoken to the supervisor that morning about picking up a package that was overlooked in the mail. Forwarding service that I had paid for. Over the phone the supervisor sound is extremely condescending but also said that he would hold my package for me and then I could pick it up later in the afternoon. He also mentioned that the later that I showed up the harder it would be for them to locate the package as I told him I would be arriving around three or 330. With his words in mind, I decided to show up at 1:30 and he was not in the office so I was forced to deal with Lucas , Lucas didn’t know exactly what I was talking about so he gave the supervisor a call and his phone was loud so I heard the supervisor tell him that it was in the forwarding basket. Lucas disappears to the back of the office for about 30 seconds and he comes back and says the supervisor told me that he would get it together when he got back and I don’t know when he’s gonna be back , so when I called him out about what I overheard the supervisor tell him on his cell phone, he told me that he was the only person in and he didn’t have time to look for my package so even though I was frustrated, I told him I would return being that I just drove a half hour from Grants Pass on the word of the supervisor “” I returned about 10 minutes later when the lobby was empty and as soon as I step foot in the door, he says “my supervisor snap back“ even though at this time, the lobby was completely empty so I pleaded with him to please at least attempt to locate my package while the lobby was empty he goes to the bag after a couple minutes of back-and-forth and claiming that he doesn’t have time to do it and asked me if I wanted to help the customers while he looked for my package to which I responded that of course I would as long as it would get my mission accomplished at our driving so long. Then slams his pen down and walks in the back and I kid you not it took him All of 15 seconds to locate my package and walk back to the front desk and slide it across the desk at me rudely and say have a good day. I will just say he’s lucky that we were both in uniform at this time.

A gentleman that works there by the name of LUCAS was yelling at two women. He was very rude. I left stressed out with anxiety. I agree with what others had said, you should not have to leave being stressed out by customer service.

They open all my mail and open all my mail that I send out. Sometimes they reject my packages I ship out with no explanation and refuse to refund me for the label. Now I'm out $30 for nothing.

They open all my mail and damaged all my items that I was shipping to buyers. I had 10 buyers contact me saying the boxes were all opened and the items inside had knife marks from someone opening the boxes. And I often have packages delivered to myself like this. But this was a claim made by 10 different people all over the country and even one guy in Germany. This had to have happened here locally. Hopefully at some point we can all start a class action lawsuit against this post office.

I love the White City post office. The people are friendly and helpful. It is easy to get in/out.

There’s a gentlemen that works there by the name of Lucas and he’s so awful to deal with. You shouldn’t leave a post office feeling completely stressed out by the customer service and I do every time. I’m not one to leave low reviews, ever, but considering I will no longer go into this PO because of him, I felt it’s my duty to do so.

LUCAS is the most meatheaded low life employee. Threatens cops after I call him out on talking about me using nasty words. I was kind and asked for help on a mistake I made and admitted to. "Not my fault you messed up" Do not use white city post office

Lady is rude, they never answer, and the mail man opens my packages to see whats inside, if this happens again then i will be speaking with corporate!! TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

The mailman never leaves packages at my door when he's supposed to and whenever I schedule a pick-up he'll confirm that the package was picked up but never actually picks it up. These people are absolutely awful and will retaliate if you complain. They hate their job, they hate their lives, they hate people and they want you to know it.

Terribly rude people that work here.. ive never been to a post office quite like this... they send almost all my packages back. Im assuming they just dont want to deal with them.
