Both my daughter and I Purchased the $65 hot rocks pedicure advertised at 65 minutes and they were done in half that time. Plus we had an appointment and they sat us with a broken chair between us so we couldn’t even chat. This was a big splurge for us and we left disappointed.

The quality of the work was good, but the communication was not! Be prepared to ask the right questions and clarify cost before committing to anything. We specifically scheduled a regular french manicure for my daughter's friend, and while I wasn't with her (I was sitting in the waiting area closer to my daughter), they offered her dip powder (which is more than double the cost) without her understanding the difference. She's only 11, so they should have asked me, the adult, instead of her if a difference in cost was involved. On top of using the more expensive dip powder, they didn't even do the french manicure that we specifically stated she wanted when we arrived. I had to ask them to add french tips on top of the dip powder. When they told me the total at checkout (which was more than double what I expected), I informed them that it was deceptive and that she's a child and didn't know the difference. We told them specifically what we wanted when we arrived, so I'm not sure why they offered her something different in the first place. Not only did they charge me more for the dip powder, but they charged me extra for the french tips that I requested, which was their mistake in the first place! After explaining all of this, they offered me $5 off of the total. I guess it's something, but overall, it was disappointing and did not make up for their misstep.

I came with my granddaughter. We both had pedicures, and she had a manicure with acrylic nails. It was a nice experience overall, and we both liked the outcomes. I haven't been to a nail salon in years. The pricing book was a bit confusing. My only suggestion is to have a form you can fill out with what you want and the total cost upfront, before you start, as the nail technician keeps asking if you want to add on another product during the pedicures, and different polishes have different prices; this can be confusing and expensive. Like I said, nice experience overall.

Wow, treat yourself to a jelly pedicure. It is from another world. Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly. I was speaking to a gentleman who enjoys pedicures, too.

The pedicures done here are beautiful and sturdy, it's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen any signs of peeling. The nail technician here advised me on beautiful pedicures that are securely and securely attached to my real toenails. Thank her!

My fingernails and toenails were both taken care of and my old nails were replaced here yesterday. I was too busy to make an appointment with them, but it was nice that when I arrived they weren't too busy and I got my nails taken care of right away. During my time here, I felt relaxed and comfortable.

The staff who took care of my nails spoke very charmingly and had skillful ears. The acrylic nails made here are beautiful and sturdy. If they peel off or have problems, they are ready to tell you immediately so you can feel most satisfied.

The nails I got done here last week were praised by many friends and relatives. I have to admit that the staff here give good advice and have a better aesthetic eye than the old nail salon I used to go to for nail care.
