I wish I could write 2 separate reviews because we had 2 opposite experiences with All Requests Live. First, Dave was great - he communicated with us very well throughout the booking process and days leading up to our wedding. We also booked our day of coordinator - Jenna, through ARL, and we absolutely LOVED Jenna. She did a fantastic job and honestly saved our wedding. She ended up being our DJ as well as coordinator and I cannot sing her praises enough. I'm so thankful we booked her because our wedding/reception would have been a mess without her. Our DJ - DJ Mark - was horrible from start to finish. I don't typically write this bad of a review for someone, but I honestly don't think he should ever DJ someone's event again... yes, it was THAT bad. First of all, he showed up and started setting up in the wrong area. Our coordinator had to correct him multiple times. Then, I heard from our guests that he couldn't get the speakers to work without causing a lot of noise. This was during the time that the live musicians were supposed to be playing as guests were being seated. and his speakers were screeching. The rest of the afternoon was one blunder after another - First, we requested that our first dance song be played immediately after we were introduced at the reception. This didn't happen- we had to stand on the floor awkwardly waiting as our day of coordinator jumped in to try to get our song to play. When it finally did play, it started half-way through, and we had to cut out half of our choreographed dance. Second, the DJ was supposed to dismiss tables to get food. Half the tables were dismissed, and then he wandered away from the DJ table and never dismissed the other half. Our guests had to find our coordinator to ask to be dismissed. Again, Jenna to the rescue, our coordinator dismissed the rest of the tables. Third, the dancing begins, I noticed Jenna was once again behind the DJ table helping to get that started. Some of the songs I had requested and asked that they be faded out after a minute or two... I looked over and the DJ was MIA again. Nowhere to be found. I found Jenna and she jumped back behind the DJ table to move through the songs. Fourth, and this is the main reason I don't believe DJ Mark should ever DJ again, he continuously tried to flirt and make inappropriate advances towards one of my friends. He made her feel extremely uncomfortable. The reason he was MIA during the dancing was because he was on the floor trying to get her to dance with him. His actions were extremely unprofessional, and I'm writing this review to make sure he's held accountable for his actions. Ultimately, Mark was not a DJ. He brought the sound equipment, but Jenna DJ'd our wedding. She did all the announcements (games, speeches, bridal party intro, etc.), she managed the songs and schedule, and she saved the day. Dave, please vet your DJ's better. If we had not hired Jenna through you to coordinate our wedding, I would be demanding a full refund, but Jenna deserves every penny of what we paid. She's a rockstar.

Cancelled on us over text TWO HOURS before our wedding. Left us scrambling with no back up solutions. Dave was not able to send a backup dj or come out himself. Very unprofessional!
Audio to Go Dj Services in Dallas OR saved the day within an hour and made our wedding amazing! He was able to take the worksheet of our songs and bring it all together. Thank you Will!

I could not say more positive things about Dave and his business. The phone call leading up to the day was great and laid out all the options I had and made me feel like we would be on the same page with everything.He helped soo much with the flow of the day and transitioning from one thing to the next with ease. Our guests had so many nice things to say about him and loved his attitude and humor throughout the night.We got married at a lodge on Mt. Bachelor and he handled having to drive up there and back down in the dark so well.I literally can’t imagine things going any better than they went. We truly appreciate and feel so blessed for everything you added to our day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Austin was an excellent DJ and met all of our needs the day of our wedding. He took requests and was very personable and easy to work with. The day of the wedding can be stressful and working with him was very easy and he made the experience wonderful. Not only was he a great DJ, but he also was a great MC. Thank you, Austin!

After reading reviews we contacted them to make my daughters wedding the "party" that she wanted. They arrived early set up in the perfect spot, and kept the entire ceremony flowing, worked with us on special requests. I admit i had my doubts, but they were fantastic.!! Will recommend to everyone needing a DJ

I really hate to do this, since I left a 5 star review for all of my other vendors. But I am really unsatisfied by the service that I got from AllRequestsLive. Initially, I was drawn to the company because I have had two friends use their services for their wedding and I was hopeful that it would work out. AllRequestsLive has amazing prices. The first warning sign should have been that they don't have contracts. However, I was still hopeful. I met with the owner, Dave, over the phone shortly before my wedding. He was very kind and funny. He told me that he would be sending Austin out to be the DJ at my wedding. During our phone call, I shared the significance of my processional song. I also requested that Austin does not take any requests during the reception, unless it's from my bridal party specifically. And I distinctly remember saying, "read the room".The day of the wedding started great. Austin was on time, dressed to impress, and was really kind when introducing himself. When the ceremony started, everything was great. The correct song was playing for the bridal party to walk up the aisle. However, moments after I leave the barn to walk up the aisle, the music stopped. His ipad died. Apparently this is because it overheated because it was left in the sun. I had to walk up the aisle in silence, because I had no idea what was going on, and the moment was already there. The song that I picked to walk up the aisle to had sentimental meaning to my husband and I. I literally dreamed about that moment. My husband didn't know what song it was, and I wanted it to be a surprise. It was honestly heartbreaking to have it ruined like that. At some point during the ceremony, the ipad came back alive, because the first few seconds of our recessional song (an upbeat song) started playing while my husband was saying his vows (which totally killed the vibe). To give Austin credit, he did apologize to me later about the ceremony.During the reception, I was surprised to hear that the DJ had announced open requests. And I was even more shocked when I heard the theme song to ghost-busters start to play. At my wedding. Someone had requested that song and the DJ played it. Read the room, right?I honestly had no intention of writing a review. However, I reached out to Dave and asked for a refund of the DJ services because I felt like they didn't live up to the expectations that Dave had set for me during our phone call. I was honestly just disappointed, and I really feel like I would have been more content to make a playlist and play it at my wedding. I feel like that would have been a more reliable option. I initially sent this email to Dave on 09/04/23. He replied back right away and said that he would get to the bottom of what happened and get back to me. However, when I emailed him on 09/11/23 asking for an update, he said that he is still researching what happened. I haven't heard back since, and it is now 09/26/23. I think that this company is avoiding accountability of their mistakes, because I don't think it should take this long to conduct an investigation of what happened at my wedding.I am overall just really disappointed. I was hoping to save some money without cutting any corners, but this company did not live up to their promises. I encourage you to find a company or a DJ that is willing to offer you a contract so that you're protected if anything goes wrong. That's the biggest regret that I have for my wedding day.

We were so pleased with their services! Matt did a super job as our DJ; he was very friendly and patient. Even though I was caught up in so many things happening that day, I always tuned into the music and it made me so happy. Thank you!

I hired All Requests Live to be our DJ for our wedding and was overall disappointed in the performance from our DJ. We went with them in the first place because of the good reviews and we decided against renting our own equipment and controlling our music ourselves so that we could have a professional experience. The manager was nice and I went over a full written out worksheet of exactly what we wanted and send my detailed timeline as well. The DJ we got was really nice but seemed as though she wasn’t prepared and messed up a few of our requests. Our bridal party intro and even our intro didn’t go as planned. We wanted our DJ to be a bit more interactive and we felt that it was lacking. Some of our guests mentioned she seemed uninterested in being there and that was disappointing to hear. I spoke with the manager after our wedding and he seemed genuinely concerned for what we experienced but to try and amend the situation I only received a $200 refund when our tip for the DJ alone was $180. I don’t feel like we should have paid full price for this experience when it would’ve cost us to rent equipment for $250 and do it ourselves and we could have done equally if not a better job then having an actual DJ. Again our DJ was a very nice person but this experience was not the best.

We coordinated everything with the owner, Dave. Austin was our DJ on our wedding day (July, 2022!). Let me tell you, this group is awesome! Easy to work with, all of the music was on point, and Austin did a phenomenal job with requests and keeping the crowd entertained! I love that this company gives you exactly what you want and you don't have to pay extra for things you don't need. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are very accommodating. We chatted with Dave about 2 weeks before the wedding and submitted our music sheet to him. We went through it and he added great suggestions to ensure our music and wedding went smoothly. Austin showed up early and set up his station well ahead of schedule! Overall, I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ for any event!

Easy pick and seamless execution. I picked ARL and found DJ Dave on my wedding planning website and I was so happy I did. All the questions were asked and expectations set before the day. Dave assigned DJ Austin, who kept people dancing and entertained throughout our wedding. The vibe was just as we wanted and then some. Thanks ARL and DJ Dave and Austin for the wonderful job well done.

We used All Requests Live as our wedding DJ for an outdoor wedding at the recommendation of our friends. Communicating with Dave (the owner) was so smooth and we felt really good beforehand that they understood what music we wanted played/not played. We appreciated that they have you pay at time of service. Other DJs we talked to really were trying to sell us on things we didn't need instead of listening to what we wanted, the layout of the venue, and going from there. I appreciated that Dave was not pushy and obviously has a lot experience providing sound for events. The dance party was so much fun, and the DJ did a great job reading the crowd and playing things that a variety of groups enjoyed. Thank you Dave!
