I needed some help with unlocking my phone so I could use an E-sim card for an overseas trip. My phone had been paid off, I had gotten the approval code to unlock my phone but am not able to do it without assistance, as the directions they gave me are not working. The male employee there simply said your phone automatically unlocks when it is paid off. It doesn't, so I told him that is why I needed help. He never once asked to look at my phone, never looked up our account to verify if it is unlocked. He simply said it automatically unlocks. I showed him the email with the instructions, and handed him my phone. He still refused to even look up in settings to verify if it was unlocked and just told me to follow the instructions in the email. I reminded him that I can't, he told me he couldn't do anything. We have 8 devices with ATT. He encouraged me to switch carriers as the only way to unlock my phone. His service, or lack thereof, is the worst I have ever gotten from ATT and I normally wouldn't consider switching carriers. But with his suggestion that I do so, I might.

I find myself quite busy between work, social life or personal time having little time during the week outside of work, I was thankful I was able to set up a phone plan and received a phone within my 30min lunch break, I’ve since returned with various directives and found my experience being pleasant with the staff having always been engaging and Knowledgeable.

I was helped by Victoria as soon as I walked in the door. She spent a lot of time with me on the 2 occasions that I went into the store. She is very knowledgeable and very personable.

I went to this store about a month ago. Wendy and Seth were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! They helped my senior Dad out of a BIG mess and I can’t thank them enough! They had so much patience with us. Wendy, in particular, worked with us for a long time and we left very satisfied customers. I will definitely come back to this particular location for any other AT&T needs in the future! I have been to a few different AT&T stores and this is hands down my favorite!

Had an excellent experience at the Wilsonville AT&T store today. We first called in to see what kind of wait there would be and Hanna encouraged us to come in an that we would get taken care of. We went in and were warmly greeted by Hanna who was personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. Seth was the same and they worked well as a team. We purchased a new phone and accessories and Seth got all of our data transferred smoothly and left a new phone and had an awesome experience.

Wendy and Seth were absolutely FANTASTIC! They helped my senior dad out of a big mess and I can't thank them enough! They had so much patience with us.
