“Nick in the parts department was excellent! I was looking online for a rear windshield wiper for my Sienna and could not find one that fit so I stopped by the parts department in Wilsonville. They didn't have any full blades, but they did have the inserts available. Nick asked if I knew how to change one, which I did not. He walked with me to my car and showed me how to change the insert so I could do it myself next time. Such great service and he saved me money too.”
“I rolled in there with a battery light on and Justin saw me checking out my battery and came over with the test kit and immediately confirmed it was the alternator not charging. He hooked me up with a new alternator and let me borrow some tools free of charge and he even recharged my battery on his fancy quick charge system to make sure I didn't have any problems. I have generally been an AutoZone first OReilly's second kinda guy but after this experience I'm thinking I should flip that thanks to Justin. I've probably gone to the auto parts store a couple hundred times in my life and this was by far the best service I've ever had, give that guy a raise!”
