My husband and I agreed that is probably the nicest Best Western we've ever stayed in. It's obvious they've been doing upgrades to the rooms. We felt like it was in a safe area. Breakfast was delicious, too.

The elevator was not working. The girl at the front desk in the afternoon was great, the girl in the morning was not. The tables for breakfast were not being cleaned often. This could have been a five star experience....

This was the nastiest place I have even been. I found blonde hair in my sheets when I have dark brown hair. There was Ramon noddles on the floor to me first walking in. As well as hairs in my shower. And I called the desk and they said there wasn't anything that they could do for us. They had given us sheets for us to change them. Customer service was a 0/10 we had asked to speak with the manager and they told us there is no manager to speak with. OH AND REAL CHEERY ON TOP, blood spot on the floor right by my bed. Dont ever stay here unless you would like to contract a disease.

Great location with plenty of parking next to the highway but not too close to hear any noise. Ifeal if you are just stopping for the night or want to visit Woodburn outlet. Gas, food, groceries everything is 5-10 minutes away. The rooms are good and the breakfast is Ok for this kind of hotel. 4 stars because the elevators were out of service for more than 10 days (we stayed on the way to San Francisco and again returning back home) and the swimming pool was also closed in our second stay. They could have made a discount at least.

We stayed for a week and it was great. Close to restaurants and stores. We walked to a shopping plaza down the street.

Clean and nice rooms, service was mostly good but often slow. Road noise was acceptable. Didn't care for breakfast, no or cold coffee, runny eggs no variety.

Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There were lots if dogs. Two dogs outside, below our room barking at 7 am. The owner didn't even attempt to get them away from the building.

Stayed for one night on my way out of Oregon (July 2023) and wanted to be close to PDX but NOT in Portland and this Best Western was an excellent location. Very clean, huge room with a massive shower and comfy beds, mostly friendly staff, and very decent breakfast. It's also near the town of Aurora which is historic and known for its numerous antique stores so it was a little bonus - fun to explore on my last day. I'm a Diamond member and often stay at Best Westerns - this location is a solid choice for short stays. Since I had a later flight, I asked for a late checkout and they accommodated me immediately without issue for a 1pm checkout. I booked online via my account and chose one of their "larger" two-queen bedrooms and it was definitely very roomy. It has two comfy, soft queen beds and great pillows; a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and Keurig; desk, seating area, dresser, TV and two nightstands; very large bathroom with huge shower - all super clean and lots of counter space. I was totally comfortable here.I was on a floor that's a few steps down from "ground level" so I had a smaller half-window sort of bc it's partially underground I think. But it looked out onto the green space/forested area behind the hotel - was somewhat peaceful. But bc it's so close to the highway you always hear lots of traffic noise - but I honestly only noticed it during the day - it was very quiet at night and I slept well. I loved the shower - it was so big and had lovely decorative tiles with a nice shower head and excellent water pressure. The water gets hot very fast and everything was so clean - no complaints about the bathroom! They have a large breakfast space that has sunroom style windows which make for lovely views while you eat. They had a decent variety of breakfast items - 2 styles of eggs (scrambled & veggie/cheese omelette), sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cereal, waffle making station and various other cold items. It was good - best hotel breakfast I experienced on this trip. I'm taking away a star bc of the room location they gave me. Their elevator was out of service and the workmen started working on it BEFORE 7 am the day I was leaving. When I checked in, they told me the elevator had been out of service for several weeks - so this is something they were well aware of and they put me in the room right next to the elevator. I was already up and about so it didn't wake me up. But all I could hear for the rest of the day was drills, hammers, loud talking, some shouting - basically a bunch of construction-site noise lol. They really shouldn't be putting anyone in those rooms with all that going on. Also - they didn't tell me before my stay that their elevator was out of service. Not a problem for me, but could be a huge issue for someone with a disability so be aware. That being said - many of the staff I encountered were very warm and friendly! A few seemed like they really didn't want to be there but most were happy and welcoming. They have a very large parking lot and are conveniently located right next to I-5 - about 30 minutes south of PDX. I'd definitely consider staying again.

Lackluster desk clerk upon checkout. Checked out last Saturday 12:30.Used the pool, which was ready and open at 11, not 10 a.m. , as it should be and as the posted sign states.Check to be SURE elevator is working before booking here ... Breakfast 6 to 10 a.m., but items were left out even as we left.Elevator was out of order. We witnessed more than two extremely senior persons with walkers and canes attempting the smoke stairs. Rooms located on 2nd and 3rd floors are difficult to get to.Room was clean enough. Small kitchen included. Microwave, fridge, etc. Good toiletries. We had stayed here before a few times, but this time we were disappointed.Checking in was pleasant. We checked in about 1:45 a.m. Saturday morning. That desk clerk was efficient and courteous.Nearby gas station and convenience store. Costco with gas station nearby.Plenty of parking, we have never had an issue with break ins, although there appears to be no security patrols.

Seems as if the rooms are slowly being renovated- but ours wasn’t completely done… and they added wood laminate floors which is an odd choice for a hotel room as it echos when walked in and we could hear everyone from all the other rooms ? they should have considered some area rugs or something!Morning buffet is great for the price - lots of families staying maybe for sporting events which I bet really appreciate the value. Location is super with restaurants and Starbucks coffee walking distance

I’ve stayed here a few times a month over the last year but won’t be staying here again. Not a fan of your $15 a night fee that I have never been charged before . Motel 6 is just as good but no pet fee.Front desk is friendly especially the weekend lady.Response to GM: don’t charge me a pet fee and I’ll come back

Brief one night stay with the family, checked in at 11:30 PM, out at 10 AM. Hotel was Basic, good location off freeway. PROS: Breakfast was good, they even had milk alternatives like oat and almond, and the usual assortment of self serve stuff: waffles, toast, bagels, eggs, omelettes, cereals, yogourt and oatmeal, biscuits and gravy and bacon, all that. If you like firm beds, this is the place for you. I felt like I was sleeping on the ground but the rest of my family was ok with it. A nice touch was that they sell Pinot noir, Pinot gris, and a rose all local plus they sell microwave meals and haagen daaz in the lobby. CONS: There were no available luggage carts for our mounds of stuff (don’t like leaving stuff in vehicle overnight), no soap or shampoo in the shower, kind of annoying, and the clock was 20 minutes fast which created a bit of unnecessary panic.Overall just fine!
