“Update: The people in the branch are very friendly and polite and explained that they're switching ATM providers and it's taking longer than expected. They accommodated me by letting me withdraw funds in person. Supposedly, I will get a card ordered and a confirmation when they happens. I'll update more then.Absolute Garbage for service. If you only have your mandatory vacation fund with them they won't let you withdraw funds in person. Instead they'll sell you an ATM card that never arrives. 4 different workers have sold me the ATM card now, but each time they fail to send it. And each time the next worker tells me that it wasn't ordered, but that they in fact will send it. I'm hoping that a poor rating and review will prompt them to follow up and do their job, but since we don't have the option of depositing our vacation funds elsewhere I'm not holding my breath.”

“Wonderful experience! I had a ridiculous amount of chain, and small bills I wanted to exchange for large bills. It turned out to be a huge project because the money counter would not read the bills. “I have been a member of this credit union for 35 years, back when they were the Portland Teacher's credit union. They are definitely going through some growing pains, the phone line customer service is terrible, but you still get good service at the branch offices. I go to the Wilsonville office.”
