The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is due to one of the pharmacists who helped us a few years ago with my son’s prescription when there was a shortage of liquid steroids for children.
This location has steadily declined, I have been on hold 5 times for over an hour just to have someone pick up then immediately hang up on me; without saying anything. Anytime I am able to get through, if it is one of their newer employees she is so rude. Very short, cuts you off, snaps at you when she cannot find the information etc.
And no matter how many time I reach out to let them know that my provider moved offices, over a year ago they keep sending refill requests every which way but her office. So I usually am late to refill, even with 1-2 weeks notice because I have to reach out to the doctor, who normally says to go through the pharmacy first etc.

Very kind and prompt! First time going to this pharmacy and it was a really pleasant experience. I can't remember the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone but she was very nice and answered all my questions.

I wish I could give 0 stars but it isn’t an option, spent 56 minutes on hold trying to find out if my prescription was ready, they never answered. Drove over to get it, still on hold and it wasn’t ready and they acted annoyed because it was 25 minutes till their lunch and they claimed to not have time to fill it and asked me to come back at 2:30. I left, they texted me at 1:25 to say it was ready and I literally RAN back to get it and again they seemed annoyed. What happened to customer service? I tried being proactive and they wouldn’t answer the phone and seemed uninterested in helping me in anyway.

Since the new CVS application is in place you can no longer speak to the pharmacist. We tried to call them when we got a pill bottle with meds and no labels and waited an hour today with no pickup of the call and needed to tell them they are sending my latest refill request to the wrong doctor. The only way to speak to them is if you go in and some of us can no longer drive. The best pharmacists have left and the CVS application is lacking. Go someplace else and I am currently shopping for a new pharmacy. CVS management has really destroyed a good pharmacy.

They are awful. I've been coming here for 15 years and within the last year, it is gone downhill. The pharmacist is very rude and no one wants to help you come up with a bullshit. Excuse why they can't help you or if you're using coupon I'll tell you that, other coupon is the best they'll still charge you more than what your coupon says. If you ever try to go to some other pharmacy, go somewhere else it's not worth it

I am fed up with this pharmacy. My doctor ordered a change of dosage from what the ER gave me. CVS told me I wasn't due for a "refill" for several weeks. It wasn't a refill. It was a new Rx. Of course, they never answer the phone so I had to go all the way over there. I get there and I was told the pharmacist didn't show up so they had to close. Then a tech tells me "outpatient meds are not an emergency, if you have to have these meds now go to the ER". I was shocked. As an RN if I had ever spoken to a patient like that I'd be fired. No customer service, obviously don't care about people.

I've been going here for years. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and pharmacists that work at this location. But CVS in general understaffs and underpays and their online system is awful so the experience ends up being terrible for everyone involved anyways.

I have waited for someone to answer for 42 minutes and no one answered. There seems to be alot about that going on and I am done with CVS. Im going to another pharmacy. This is pathetic. Get better employees please.

I would prefer CVS as a Free-Standing drug store instead of inside a Target. The customers are too much like Walmart.

Very chaotic place and incompetent team. I Visited three times and had to either wait for a long time or be turned away - 1st time they couldn’t locate my prescription that was filled. I waited for 20 mins. 2nd time, they told me that my insurance didn’t approve 1 or 3 months refill but I never got a call before I showed up. 3rd time- Yesterday they gave me a medication I didn’t request. I have to go back next week. What a joke.

We've had our prescriptions filled at this CVS inside Target for years. They are definitely short staffed, so it takes time to get orders filled. They also keep tight inventory control, so about once a month, I receive messages from CVS that one or more of my medications is on order, and I have to wait until another shipment comes in. The lead pharmacist is extraordinarily helpful and gives nearly pain free vaccinations. The staff is tired and overworked but friendly. The over-the-counter items in the pharmacy are good quality. New policy does not allow for payment of any non pharmacy items at that register, so you have to wait in the very long Target checkout line if you stopped in for something other than pharmacy goods and services. We've had some mishaps in getting some prescriptions when we need them, but the head pharmacist just provides such support that we're willing to work around that and keep coming back. Don't forget to join CVS Care Pass for additional savings and free delivery.

The autobot will tell me when my prescriptions are ready. Since that is the reason that I can about one in ten thousand times that I call your pharmacy, the autobot is, for me, useless. What I expect from a pharmacy is -- answering machine or not -- a way to reach an actual human being physically present in the pharmacy, who holds a license, and is qualified to deal me with as a customer and patient.

This is a very busy pharmacy, and yes, there are some delays at times, but Tate is the best pharmacist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. Every pharmacy in town is busy! Knowing they have my back is such a relief.

Terrible to work with, transfer prescriptions, or even get the full prescription as prescribed by the doctor
