Got a great deal on a 1 day rental while we were having our car serviced. Short staffed, but the check in and check out went quickly. Nicely appointed vehicle.

Got a repair next door, insurance was covering the rental, the insurance took too long to pay so they charged my account WITHOUT authorization at all. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend. I was communicating with them and insurance to the best of my ability: in addition when I was charged I called to speak to the manager and she was “out of town”. So sketchy if you ask me. Car was fine though, staff is fine until apparently suddenly they decide to charge your debit card for all the money you have left in your bank account without authorization.
