My family and I like this location. It's clean and well kept, and the parking lot is well kept and well lit. There is a good selection of food in the grocery section, and a nice selection of houseware and clothing in the other sections. The employees have generally been friendly, and they've always gotten us through the checkout line fairly quickly. The few times I've had questions the employees have always been helpful. Overall, this is one of the nicer Fred Meyers in the area.

Been shopping here for a 8 years since I grew up around the area but would recommned anyone to go across the bridge and shop at Safeway, the customer service lady was rude, called in to get help at the bottle drop service and all i got was "I try" and hung up, no ine showed up for 10 minutes. Seems like they have let their Standards drop, and really just hire anyone....

I used their carpet cleaner and I returned it clean but was 20 minutes late and they wanted to charge me$34.00. they charged me $15.00 like they were doing me a favor. I will never step foot in a Fred Meyers again. I don’t like being cheated

Fred meyers is a one stop shop they have a lot of sales and good deals when you use the app. Only downside is sometimes unless you add the coupon to your app you won’t get the sales price. Also wish they could keep your receipts in the app would be so useful.

I like this store. Many choices of a large variety of items. Always seems to have a good sale going on. Store is very clean and tidy and I appreciate that.

Store is clean, employees friendly, however the lines to check out are horrendous. I came here from Winco because I hate bagging my own groceries. I don’t know if they are still short staffed or what (pandemic was over a long time ago) but each time I come there are 2 lanes open and lines down the aisle. By the time you get to the front of the line the checker is so busy they expect you to bag your own groceries. I am thinking of going back to Winco because at least I would pay less for my groceries if I have to bag them myself.

We had a great experience in the cheese section today. This Fred Meyers doesn’t have a very large cheese variety compared to Portland, BUT we were blow away by the customer service. Ian was there to assist us and was very insightful. He was very friendly, customer service 10/10! Although the cheese section is smaller here, we’ll still recommend this Fred Meyers for the customer service.

Great service by Jazmine and Lise from customer service. I rented a carpet cleaner and they accidentally advised me not to need a hose. Jazmine was very apologetic and with Lise’s assistance they saved the day!Incidentally, Safeway is closer to my home and they rent the same vac at the same price but they didn’t have anyone to write me up because I needed it before 9am, thank you Freddie’s for taking care of your customers on “their” time!

I wanted to stop in for some lunch and decided to use the restroom. Unfortunately I’ve been in honey pots that were cleaner. When I asked the customer service lady if there were other restrooms she looked at me as if I were speaking another language. When I told her the bathroom was filthy she answered with an attitude saying “ok, and?” What every happened to customer service? I would think a grocery store would want to provide a clean restroom for their clients and certainly would have expected far less attitude when i simply let someone know.

Parking lot was good for a weekend day. The staff were polite. The products were moderately expensive and continue to go up in price frequently in the past two years.

First time I come to this location in Wilsonville, cause Im used to Lake Oswego's, but here in Wilsonville I found what I needed today, all my groceries and electronics in one place, Nancy the costumer service lady was phenomenal, always smiling helping me to find some usb special pkr453 cables that I needed for a RFG anthena, everything clean and nice ambience

I figured I have given enough time to hear back from the store director Allysa and Corporate about the issue I had a few weeks ago. Since I haven't I have to share my experience and the horrible customer service you might expect from them. Especially if Sara is working as PIC.Since them accept returns on the nasty items customers have used and brought back. Few weeks back tried to make an exchange for a ink cartridge I purchased in Clackamas for the correct one in Wilsonville. Instead of being helpful was just told their return policy. I said the box was open but the cartridge is still intact. When I asked to get help just to buy another and get the right one was told by Sara that she could not help if because she probably give me the same one and she was not going to write off an item just to make a customer happy.I called and spoke to Allysa the store director and she apologized wondered why they wouldn't make the exchange. She said she wanted to talk to Sara and took down my information but never called me back. Went back to Clackamas Fm they apologize got me the correct cartridge and showed me that the model number was right but not the color. Dark blue and had they taken the time to help me instead of trying to just tell me policy returns. I wouldn't be here writing about the horrible customer experience
