Good place to find keyboards (piano) and toys. Definitely scored a giant casio wk3000 for 40$ in MINT condition. Worked when I tested it. Definitely a good place! I'll be returning for more keyboard purchases

This is a great goodwill location! Wilsonville is a nice town, so there's some good finds often. Every week there is a new color tag that goes half off, you can snag some really good deals if you look hard for matching tags, especially with clothing. The hours are good, the customer service is great, and the layout is easy to navigate. The only thing I wish was that their fitting room was open longer, I believe it closes at 6 or 7, not till the store closes at 8. All in all, a lovely store!

I was at Costco and I could’ve driven straight down Parkway and made a left to the Goodwill but instead google maps made me go down Bowman Avenue and around the back. There was construction on the way, and it was a ridiculous back-end way to go. It would’ve been so easy to just go straight down Parkway and make a left to the Goodwill. Google please fix your directions. This Goodwill is a great place to shop

This was my first time visiting this Goodwill, Wilsonnville location. It was about an hour before they closed and I appreciated the announcement that the dressing rooms would be closing soon. I would have kept shopping and not been able to try anything on, which saved me from having to return anything. For those of you who are new to Goodwill, all purchases you want to take back must be returned to the same location you bought it from and within 30 days from the date of purchase. You must have the receipt and the tags still attached. Goodwill will ONLY give in-store credit. You will get a printed return slip that looks like a receipt and shows the return amount. The good news is that you can use it at ANY of the Goodwill locations. Be aware that the return slips do expire!
I noticed they were hiring and from the laughter of the staff, it seems like a fun place to work. Plus, I hear they give an employee discount.
I know I sound like a recruiter, but I'm not. I just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone looking for work. I am, however, a local guide on Google Maps and enjoy sharing my knowledge, experiences, and ratings for places I've been and I do recommend taking a look around the Wilsonville Goodwill!

Used to enjoy coming here, & a friend would bring her elderly care client with short-term memory issues…not easy at times to encourage the friend/client to get in line to leave-she was having a great time & kept forgetting within a minute, need multiple caring reminders, some w/ humor. That was about the only time of day they could get there, the last hour or so. But 1 staff, dark haired lady, who used to be a bit friendly, now seems snappish & angry -maybe triggered if anyone’s in the store the last 15 or 20 minutes closing?? Nearly chased them out 1 time @7:50 or 7:55 (8 pm closing time,) so they didn’t return to shop for awhile. When they finally did, not only did a cashier remind people (intercom) to leave “now” at quarter till, but also played a recording a half minute later of a man saying it. My friend & her elderly friend left by 7:50, & heard someone, presumably the dark haired gal, throwing things onto shelves…Making a passive-aggressive point?? to the few customers left in the store, to leave, NOW.

This store is always clean and has a great selection. When we were checking out we asked the cashier for a bag. She looks irritated and walked away on the phone. I waited for the cashier next to us to finish his order and asked him for a bag. As we walked away our cashier said sarcastically “yeah just help yourself to a bag.” I told her that the other cashier said it was okay. She responded loudly “it’s fine, just go.”

Goodwill in Wilsonville is a great place to shop and the store is clean. You can find all kinds of goodies. I purchase some mixing bowls. Great price. Yes, I would recommend this store.

I am a regular customer and you have an extremely rude employee working the cash register. I will walk out if I see her at the register, but today I needed to return something and yet again she was rude and argumentative for absolutely no reason. When I asked her name she basically started almost yelling "Have a nice day" over and over again very rudely in front of other customers. I own a business and would never allow my employees to treat our customers this way on a regular basis.

Decent selection as far as Goodwill goes. They take more donations late compared to some places. I definitely have my issues with Goodwill as a company, but the fact they take donations so late is a huge plus, and they have a pretty decent selection of clothes and books. I wish they had a better selection of DVD media, Blu-Ray media and video games but it is what it is. Pricing isn't always great. Goodwill is known to price pretty high for some items. I'm not a huge fan of Goodwill due to some of their pricing and employment practices, but this one was pretty decent all things considered.

This a wonderful store. The leadership and staff really care about the store and the customers experiences . The manager Amanda is always involved and interested . The staff are friendly. The store is clean and there is always a cool treasure to find . Thank you for adding a reasonably priced place to shop for necessities to the Wilsonville community.

As a frequent guest of all of the SW Portland Goodwill stores. It is always a pleasure to see Amanda, I believe a manager, at my local store. Amanda is always friendly, helpful, and amazing with other guests and employees. Darren

I purchased a stereo brass stove on December 8th and did not know what it was. I went home researched it and found out a piece was missing. I started the search for the missing piece. Went back to the store shopping for other treasures and the missing piece was on the shelf. I asked for the manager, I wanted a price adjustment or perhaps thinking they would let me have it for free. I been there when they had done it before. It just so happened i had the picture of the stove and showed it to him. He looked at me like I was trying to pull a fast one. I think the people working at Goodwill should be made to remember the stuff you they are selling was given to them for free and the same people that shop there also donate.

Stop putting price stickers on the screen. It can damage it or be damaging to remove it. Reminds me when I got a painting and the marked the a big X for ten dollars on the painting. Not the back the front of the painting... please try.TO MANY KIDS running around unsupervised!!!Nothing new same experienceGoodwill try to be good again like it was back in my childhood days. The staff is friendly that is the only thing you guys have going for you.
