Jenna was great! Such a lively personality and very attentive to my requests for style and adjustments throughout the cut. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. I am quite likely to return to this location and request her services, again.

I took my daughter here for a trim asked for about 4 inches off the bottom, lady cut it up to her shoulder before it was to the end of her back, did not do what she asked for and she was very disappointed and unpleased with this cut.

I went in for a haircut recently and Whitney was the stylist who gave me my haircut. She did a fantastic job! She was very friendly and courteous, and paid attention to every detail of the haircut that she gave me. I would definitely return to this Great Clips location again, as Whitney gave me fast, efficient, and friendly service!

First time at Great Clips. I had an interview scheduled the next day and my hair was a mess! The stylist cut about 8 inches off which is what I wanted and cut an angled bob. On the morning of my interview, I styled it perfectly because the cut was perfect. I felt beautiful and confident. VERY HAPPY with the stylist. Thank You!

This location has been chronically understaffed since Covid, which I had grown accustomed to. It's not that hard to check in on the app first thing on a Saturday morning and show up, read a book, and wait patiently. It never occurred to me that being short-handed might present health issues. I don't think the lone stylist there is taking the time to sanitize between customers or wash aprons after each use because, thanks to corporate greed, she *can't.* I was last there on 1/11/2025 and was diagnosed with scabies on 2/8/2025 (if you've never had them before, which I hadn't, it can take four weeks for symptoms to appear and BOY DID THEY). Looking back at my timeline; who I came into contact with and when, and the fact that the scabies were concentrated on my scalp/face/neck, I believe I got them from this location. I've contacted Great Clips customer service and Clackamas County Health.

Sadly - I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait as first in line after checking in prior to arriving and heading into the store when I was texted to do so. The girl said that quote “Her coworker had stepped out to take a phone call and she didn’t know how long that was going to take.”

This was one of the best cuts I've gotten at a Great Clips location. There was ONE person working ON A SATURDAY. Massive shout out to Jenna. Great haircut, fantastic worker. Shame on Great Clips for treating your employees like this.

And did an excellent job of cutting my hair.
I will go back if she is working, although my
Husband had his hair cut today 6/6/24 and
Had a terrible experience. He is writing a separate review! Depends who cuts your hair, it varies
Day to day.

Overall I like this place. Most stylists are friendly and welcoming. But haircut can be a hit or miss depending on who the stylist is.

the guy that did my hair was ammmmmmaaaaaazzzzinnnngggggg!!!! he was super talkative and nice and he did a great job cutting my hair and i just couldn't stop smiling the whole time and when i walked out of there

Wow when the guy cuts your middle schoolers hair, then tells her it’s uneven but he isn’t going to fix it or it will be too short and sends you out the door. Yeah now she won’t leave the house cause you made her insecure. We now have an apt Monday to get it fixed from someone else out of town
