I am so happy with my service. I had a screw in my tire and and took it in for a new tire. The service was so fast and the team members were all friendly and had great customer service, especially Ty. Thank you!

My buddy had an appointment scheduled at 8am, they hadn't called him by 4pm and when he called they mentioned a lot of additional work when it should've been ready earlier. When we picked the car up the next day it had been left unlocked in the parking lot and dirt/oil was all over his steering wheel

I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience here warrants it, unfortunately. I came in for a CV axle replacement and was told it would take about 4 hours. 8.5 hours later my car was ready but the technician said they couldnât align my tires due to erosion. They quoted me $700 to fix it. I took my car for a second opinion at the Les Schwab on NE 82nd in Portland and they aligned it in about 30 minutes, said my car had a reverse thread and all they had to do was try turning it the opposite direction. Quoting $700 for work that doesnât need to be done is egregiously bad. Nice folks but bad business đ„

Love love love Les Schwab in Wilsonville! I went in with an appointment to get a new tire and when they looked at my tire they were able to patch it with no charge! Everyone is so helpful, always happy to fill my tire when I come by, prior to the patch.
All the guys in the garage are terrific and Maribel G. at the front desk was very helpful and professional, all the while with a very pleasant demeanor.
I have only good things to say about my experience and I am a forever customer!

Brought my rig in for a simple tire rotation, my tires are brand new with 90% tread on them. The alignment is a little off so ONE tire had a little ware on it. No big deal just rotate the tires. They wouldnât do it because they ârecommendâ I put new tires on. I donât care about your recommendation just rotate my tires⊠why is that so difficult? Try to upsell me 4 new tires when my tires have 5-7 years left in them. Been a lifelong customer here and itâs always something dumb like this. Canât just do a simple job without making it a hassle. Lost a loyal customer who has always tired to support.

It's a sad day. I've been a long time Les Schwab customer but today that comes to an end. Getting swindled and charged for services they didn't complete is unacceptable. I asked for a tire rotation, all of my tires were different psi pressures, and when I got my truck back, all of them were in the same orientation with the same psi, what bullshit. Do not go here for service anymore, this company obviously went down the drain with the rest of em.

Don't expect them to lock your vehicle when they are done with it. I dropped off a work van full of tools and not only did they leave the cab unlocked but they also left the back with $10k worth of tools unlocked and parked it out in their parking lot.

Tip for the owner- make sure your front end and back end communicate. It's not great when a customer calls in and the service guy says he can get you in within the hour, and then said customer drives out there only to be told they'd have to come back another day.
But hey, I do appreciate yall being upfront about not valuing my business. I'll happily take it elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed â Ending Business with Les Schwab After Unacceptable Treatment
Iâm deeply disappointed by the unacceptable customer service I experienced at the Les Schwab in Wilsonville, Oregon, on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, around 1:30 PM.
I visited the store to purchase four new tires for one of my company vehicles. After waiting patiently, I was finally approached by an employee who introduced himself as Tyler (or Tye). I gave him my phone number to look up a previous quote, and his response was shocking. He immediately raised his voice, repeatedly saying âwait, wait, waitâ in a rude and condescending tone in front of other customers. When I calmly pointed out that there was no need to raise his voice, he insisted loudly that it was his ânormal voice.â
It was clear he was already upsetâlikely from a prior interactionâbut that frustration should never be directed at customers. This was not just unprofessionalâit was humiliating and completely unacceptable.
I manage a fleet of 35 trucks and dozens of trailers, and weâve relied on Les Schwab for years. That ends now. Iâve directed my fleet manager to switch our business to a new tire and service provider.
This incident is not just about my experienceâitâs a red flag. Every customer deserves courtesy, professionalism, and respect, no matter what kind of day your staff may be having.
Les Schwab corporate: please take this seriously. I hope this serves as a wake-up call to address whatâs happening at your Wilsonville location.
