Brown in a pan to render off some of the fat and then simmer slowly in Marinara or your favorite sauce for a few hours and you'll have fork tender beauties. “Appointment at 6 arrived at 3 waiting 1 hour to get inside gate . At 5 30 I went to shipping window and I got a dock at 6 15 empty and went out . Sometimes if you arrived at their gate too early they send you away and is very hard to find a semi truck parking around . When you come back is a long lane at entrance and get you late for appointment that long lane of trucks”
