The three men assigned to our
move were incredible. Austin, Trent, and Kas were great even though it took one more load than originally expected. They were respectful of our belongings and careful with the move in general.

The staff has been friendly and communicative. The movers salem ere fantastic. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently. The tooke great care in wrapping and moving all of our belongings. Communicating and coordinating well with each other to ensure none of our belongings or the property we moved from or to were damaged. I greatly appreciate JJ and Amos for their hard work! I highly recommend moda movers for your future moving needs

First time using a moving service and they were great! We had to change our moving date several times and they were able to accommodate us with no additional fees. On moving day, all 4 of the movers were in good spirits and worked hard to move our stuff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Ours was very small within the same household. We were having new carpet installed and needed furniture moved. The first team was on time moved the furniture to garage. They even moved a couple extra items when I asked. The following day a second team replaced the furniture.
Both teams were very pleasant, efficient, and respectful.
Based on my experience I would recommend Moda Moving.

Had a very nice crew of guys move my house but there were some issues we had along the way. I was told by all moving companies I talked to that having a third location to do a drop off/pick up would be no issue. However, there was zero procedure for this with Moda Moving (don't know about others, this was my first time using a moving company) and it cost us time, which cost me money. I had gone through my house and labeled where everything was going and I told the crew what label meant it was going to the second location, versus the final location. I was doing additional packing and was not paying attention to the fact that the sticky notes were being stuck on the wall or wrapped up inside the packing blankets with the furniture. When we got to the second location, had I not been there, nothing would have been unloaded because no one knew what I wanted to be offloaded and I couldn't remember it all! It was disappointing to wait while the truck had to be reworked to remove the items that I could remember. When we got to the final location, everyone was feeling rushed because we were so over time at that point and the guys were trying to unload in a rushed manner which was stressful and could have created issues, thankfully there were no big issues. Here's a solution for you: A roll of bright stickers. The crew wraps everything that needs to be offloaded first and puts some neon green stickers on it. Then it can be ignored until the rest of the items have been wrapped and loaded into the truck. Then at the next stop, you can easily identify what needs to be offloaded. Don't make people pay for your disorganization, please improve your company procedures.

Mike and Riley were very enjoyable to work with. Very hard working even in 100 degree weather. Enjoyed both of them. This is my second time using Moda Movers and if I move again I will contact them! Thank you

Moda Moving Services should be out of business. Their movers damaged and lost thousands of dollars’ worth of items caused by inexperienced, sneaky and careless crew members. Neither the manager nor the owner care and ignore issues. Moving estimate was inaccurate; billed thousands more than originally stated. Do NOT hire this company or you will regret it.

I was present while they moved my parents. There were several expensive problems with their service that we requested to be credited for in the final bill but Moda refused to honor or respect any of the concerns we had. They advertised themselves as professional piano movers. Despite this, one of their staff literally dragged the piano away from the wall leaving multiple deep long gouges in the wood floors. They quoted us for one price and at the end charged nearly 40% higher including for a second moving truck that was never used and never needed. Their crew spent a considerable amount of time standing around not working and yet we were charged for those labor hours, estimated to be in the ballpark of 8-10 wasted labor hours. My mother, who is a full time caregiver for my father, attempted to get some of her payment back for the considerable cost to repair the floors and for the discrepancy between quote and final charge and Moda wouldn’t budge.

Moda Moving sent two very upbeat employees to help us with our move. They had great attitudes (and senses of humor) and moved our furnishings quickly and with surprising ease. They wrapped our more delicate items with moving blankets, and after everything was unloaded, asked if we would like to check the truck to make sure nothing was left behind. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the truck and how well-prepared it was for any type of packing/loading situation. Next time we move, we will definitely give them a call!

Just had Moda Movers move my friends. This was a big, long day. They sent two trucks and 5 guys. They did amazing job at making sure everything had bumpers and floor runners where down. I have used quite a few moving companies and by far Moda Movers has done the best.! I will for sure to use them next time we have a move!! Thank you to the 5 guys for all your hard work!

The crew we had was both quick and efficient. Had our entire house loaded in one day. Gently handled and protected all of our items with furniture blankets. Made a dreaded day go easily.

Just had Moda moving handle my move From one unit to another in the same apartment complex.
The difference was night and day from the last time I used them.
The first move was Fantastic The crew was extremely efficient both with time and making sure to wrap and cover my items when inappropriate
This time, however Was not so good. The crew spent half the time going back-and-forth between the truck and hanging out in the truck. When we didn’t even need it, nothing went in there
When they arrived, it took them over 30 minutes to actually even make it inside to start assessing once they finally started they made sure to take their time Equal parts talking about what they were gonna do As actually doing it. One guy had to use the restroom Which is not an issue, but he left poop all over the inside of the toilet Everybody has to go, but at least clean up after yourself now I am going to have to Or I will be paying for it with my deposit. When everything was finally done, they went to the truck To get the paperwork that was another 30 minutes When they came back to help me sign it They’re finished time was for the time they We’re currently in my apartment after the job was done After that extra 30 minutes of the truck
It may sound Like I’m exaggerating, but eight months ago My exact same move from Beaverton to Salem area was actually less expensive than this move from one unit to another In the same complex
