I've had a storage unit here for quite some time; my stuff has stayed safe and easy to access for all that time. Customer service has also been top-notch - props to manager Cyrus for his awesome service!

I got an almost $100 charge on my account without so much as a phone call to receive payment with a locked storage unit after I called 2x to make the payment without anyone answering the phone lines! Now I have to pay the late fee and HOPE they unlock my unit before we have to use it since its a business account! Absolutely ridiculous and would NEVER recommend. What horrible business practices!

Amazing service and clean facilities. The guy running the office is super nice and easy to talk to.
My partners payday fell on a weird day this month, and he was open to working with us. We've been thinking about a bigger unit, and he's always smiling and willing to answer all my questions.

Had a storage unit here for about a year. Simple reservation process, quick turnaround for initial contact, and super smooth move-in. Cyrus is a gem and the place wouldn't be the same if he wasn't there! Also worked with a couple of other staff and they were great. The grounds were always tidy. Move-out procedures were painless, and very reasonable. Accessibility was never an issue. Highly recommend, would happily rent another unit here if ever needed!

We rented a storage unit here for 9 years. The management team was always pleasant, accommodating, and took care of any issues immediately if needed. Clean, accessible and safe, we really appreciated this facility in knowing our items were secure.

A relative leased 2 storage units from this company. He passed away suddenly and the family was put in the position of emptying out the storage units. I-5 Mini Storage certainly made it far more difficult, long, and expensive than it needed to be. Obviously, this was an uncommon situation that I hope no one else faces, but I would keep in mind the company’s performance on this as a potential example of what customers might experience in more common situations. To be fair, everyone I spoke with was very polite and generally wanted to be helpful. Unfortunately, both the front-line employees and manager seem to have been provided with little or no decision-making authority on practically everything. (Credit to them for working under those conditions.) Almost any request/step in the process took far too long while some higher level of management was making a decision, or supposedly making a decision and then never responded.

This storage facility has easy access to all units. It was easy for me to move furniture in and out of my storage locker. The place is well-maintained and very secure. The site manager, Cyrus, and his assistant Rafael were very helpful when I had questions and when I was bringing in a large moving truck.
