“Update: November 2025! I'm still going to Sherwood Auto Repair and if I can help it I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Not only are they amazing at communicating on my level, Katie and Alden helped me understand that my partner's car needed a muffler mount replaced and that it made more sense to have it go to a specialty shop because it would be more cost effective! I am so impressed that I will continue to drive from Gresham to make sure that my cars are serviced right. Fours cars over the years and no one but Sherwood Auto Repair will be touching them unless they tell me to go to a specialty shop!
I've been bringing my cars to Sherwood Auto Repair for the last four years. I love their model. The very first day I brought the family mini-van in they asked me what my goals were for my vehicle. We were paying off debt and getting everything in order, and I told Scott, I want to run it until the wheels fall off. They treated that vehicle like it was a priceless sports car. The wheels have fallen off, and I bought a new van. I will be taking it to Sherwood Auto, and if I have anything to say about it, my kids will be customers. They saved me a couple of months ago from a bogus estimate firestone quoted me, that would've been 1200$ and today I needed to buy a battery, which lead me to and auto parts store and they couldn't do it. I called premiere and they had me in and done within 15 min! This is a place you can trust. No BS. Very refreshing especially when you don't know much about cars and its easy to take advantage of. “Love Brian and his crew. From the moment I called to the finished repairs I was treated as if my vehicle was the most important thing on their schedule. They worked with me on my payments and treated me with respect. Today is my second visit to finish up repairs. Brian was referred by other mechanics and folks in the auto trade which says something about the integrity and quality of work they provide. I was never talked down to because I'm a woman like some mechanics try. Nothing shiesty about Hendersons Auto. Go say hi to the giant Dane Charley and tell Brian Jerilyn sent you!

Just wanted to revisit my review for Brian & the team at Henderson's. Still #1 in my book and still a stellar 5 star business. Something new & nifty, I now receive an email containing my inspection report with Urgent & Cautionary recommendations for my auto care and no pressure discussion about what services I as the customer want performed. No surprise charges or unauthorized repairs and I have actually saved $$. I also receive an itemized invoice for my records which is so important. I am a huge fan!! I continue to recommend them to everyone I can.❤️ Tell Brian that Jerilyn recommended them”

“I’ve been coming here regularly for several years and always had a good experience, but they went above and beyond today. I came in with a pretty serious oil leak and they quickly admitted that it was a more serious problem than they could handle. They were so kind and took great care of me while I waited for a tow truck- even gave me a popsicle and bottles of water. Great customer service!”

“What a great experience at Sherwood JiffyLube! Went in for an oil change, but it turned out the mileage indicated my Honda was also in need of some other "fill-ups," as well. I had initially stayed in the car because my small dog was with me, but I was asked if I wouldn't mind moving to the waiting room, as they needed to have someone in the driver's seat. Roger offered to move a chair outside, as it was a nice day, so I sat there with my dog in my lap. After a few minutes, a cool wind picked up and I was just about to ask if I could get my coat from the car when Roger came out and asked if I'd like him to get my dog's blanket out of the car (Dobby's a Chihuahua and I'm pretty sure he starts shivering when it gets below 70 degrees!). Anyway, Dobby and I were both very appreciative of Roger's kindness throughout our time there - though Dobby was probably most thankful for the dog treat!”
“I came in to get a 2nd opinion on my starter and alternator. AutoZone said my starting and charging system failed. Jiffy Lube said their test is more accurate and everything turned out normal. I love this place. Close to home too!”

“Super fast, didn't even get out of the car. It also wasn't just full synthetic, they used a full synthetic European blend specific to my car rather than generic stuff other fast oil change places use. Might make no difference but I would rather not take that risk for a similar price.”

Elijah actually came out to me on the side of the road and gave me the power I needed to get me back to his shop. A SUPERHERO indeed. Elijah KNOWS cars. “James and Spark + the team came to our rescue when our Hertz rental car got a flat tire and Hertz was being useless. Luckily, we just happened to pull over across the street from Jiffy Lube, and when we desperately drove over with the flat tire, James and Spark replaced our flat tire. We wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves, as the Hertz car didn't even have all the tools to replace a tire (DO NOT RECOMMEND renting from Hertz at the Portland airport -.- )
but DEFINITELY recommend this Jiffy Lube. And we were so grateful that they didn't even charge us anything. If it weren't for you guys, we would've had to pay out of our own pocket for a tow (even though we had full coverage insurance, Hertz told us flat tires weren't covered...!?)
so yes, we were desperate and panicked and Jiffy Lube came to our rescue.
