My dog had an appointment with the groomer Marissa. When my daughter got there to drop Willie off, we were told that they could not take him because he came into the store with a muzzle. We were not told by the groomer that if he came in with a muzzle, he was unapproachable. so we took the muzzle off and Willy was fine. Until the groomer came up to him and tried to make nice. Willie would not go near her. So the groomer Marissa, says we cannot do him today. Will have to reschedule for tomorrow and see if he lets me touch him. Great, there goes two hours of my day of which I live a half an hour away to 45 minutes. Willie is part poodle mix. He will growl at you but once he’s done, he walks up to you and licks you and says oh, you came to see me. Don’t understand why that happened because Willy is not an unfriendly dog. After being told she was an expert groomer and had many years and experiences with grooming. Dogs would assume she would have run across the dog like Willie and would be able to handle it. I call her bluff. She’s not an experienced professional because she could not handle one dog. I canceled my appointment for the following day because we had an appointment and it was unsuccessful. I will never try their service again and I will not recommend Petsmart grooming ever. No compensation can change my mind.

Had puppy groomed today. They cut her hair way to short. Now she looks 100% chihuahua. Don't like it. Maltese look would've been better cut . She's a mix I didn't yell, only because it's very hot outside. Won't need a cut for a long time. Don't go there. She was so pretty, doesn't look like my dog any longer

Took my dogs grooming on Saturday it was a really bad service, They are always short staffed and do a bad job. They were aggressive with my dogs to the point of choking them, One of my pups have a cut after getting nails trimmed. This is the second time we have an issue with the grooming department, the last time we took them they left my puppy damp and didn’t complete the service. If you are in the industry of grooming a pet do your job right and not half way done. This is the last time I’m bringing my dogs here, never again. Left my dogs traumatized.

Update the store hours when searched through Maps, it shows open at 7AM when actually the store is open at 9AM...

The pictures below are from back in February of this year at the Wilsonville Petsmart grooming. Does Winston appear aggressive in these pictures? Today I took him back to get groomed and the groomer started telling me that he was written in their computer as aggressive so she didn't think she could trim his nails. These pictures are not from his last grooming and they did tell me he didn't like his feet touched at his last appointment, what dog does? I told her it was fine to put an e-collar on him if needed to which she responded "dogs can wiggle their way out of e-collars and then bite the groomer", say what? They're attached to a short chain around their neck on a table, with an e-collar on and they can wiggle their way out? After I dropped him off I went home and told my neighbor that I highly doubt he's getting his nails trimmed as the groomer had already convinced herself she had a vicious Corgi on her hands. Sure enough, once he was done she called and told me all the things she couldn't do because he was an aggressive dog. I'm perplexed how in 9 months Winston went from these pics to barely being able to groom him. So she didn't trim or file his nails, couldn't brush him very well and couldn't dry him, however she charged me $12 more as a "handling fee". After I paid the bill I asked to speak to the manager and he never came up front to talk to me so I left. I don't know what happened at Petsmart grooming in Wilsonville in the past 9 months but I will never be going back!

This particular day there was 1 cashier and a long line. Their prices are high, but they have good sale prices. Catch the sales when you can!
