Few times have I ever gone to a gas station and had a memorable experience, and if so, it was probably bad, but in this I pull up to the pump, the attendant hands me a bottle of water, tells me there’s no extra charge whether it’s cash or card, hands me coupon for a free coffee or soda with a filled tank, and tells me he’ll pump my gas while I go grab the drink. Upon grabbing my drinks, I went to use the bathroom, and again, polished and clean, not a single spec or paper on the ground, very well taken care of.
Besides obvious courtesies where a business can build a reputation through good service, these guys, the family that owns this gas station, they go above and beyond because they understand what good service is, and how it reflects upon their business as a whole. I “immediately” felt that higher level of service, and it did actually catch my attention.
I had a long drive, I was tired and thirsty, and those few little actions actually meant a lot more than you would think. I told them I would be “honored” to take time to leave a review because of how great they were. The price was fair, no added costs, the perks of service, and their friendly professional attitudes, it’s how businesses ‘should’ be run, and how you get folks to come back, and remember you.
I’m sure there’s other gas stations nearby, but I’d say take the extra second to shoot over to this place, it’s clean, friendly, and offers more than any other station I’ve been to.

When I pulled up to the pump the gentleman ran outside to gift a bottle of water. When he noticed the look of confusion I had, he replied with a smile, “It’s full service”. He was kind and attentive, show me where to Apple Pay on their fully digital pump. Convenience, store, clean and organized with a good selection of drinks.

The guys who were running the family mart and the pump stations were incredible. It was a 100+ degrees day and they gave out free cold water bottles to everyone who stopped for gas, and still found the time to clean everyone's windows before they took off. Their care for their customers was profound, and I think they deserve high praise.

I am so thankful to Aditya, who is a WONDERFUL employee. He made my experience at Shell really great tonight after a very long day of driving when I needed to pull off the freeway for gas around midnight. It's been a really tough week, and as a woman it can be sometimes stressful getting gas at an unknown gas station in the middle of the night. This Shell station is very nice, brightly lit and extremely safe and welcoming. As I was getting out to go pump my gas, Aditya came right over with a friendly smile and happily helped me out. Not only did he pump my gas, which was so nice, but he also washed my windshield and sent me along a little happier after a really long, hard day. Thank you so much, Aditya. Great service like that makes a difference, and I will go out of my way to buy gas at this station when I pass through Wilsonville because of him. I highly recommend this Shell, and the prices were very fair!

I really wish i had some cash on me because wow the service here was amazing, Shubham ran over to help me with my fuel and cleaned my windshield even though it was nearly 100° out and busy. Will definitely be going to this shell from now on

I had a fantastic experience at the Shell gas station today. The station looks really modern with updated equipment and touchscreens. A special shoutout to Shabram, who was incredibly energetic and even offered me free water. He was also out there cleaning people’s windows, which really added to the great vibe. He definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommend stopping by this location for both the service and the atmosphere.

I just Recieved the best customer service I’ve ever had getting Seidel for my Jeep here at Shell. He gave me a water as I opened my door, the place is spotless and the pumps are state of the art and the diesel is the best I’ve gotten anywhere.

Best gas station in America. They greet you w a water bottle, wash your windshield, and have a great snack selection! And then if you get gas you get a free coffee or soda too! And they’re friendly?! I’ll go out of my way to stop here again
