Not impressed. Initial feeling I got was that I was interfering with whatever they were doing (even though they appeared to be doing nothing). Not at all helpful, so I finally just walked out.

Watch out for their “supply Chain charge” started about September last year 2021. They just sneak it into the bill, of 4%. Just lost a loyal customer of 30+ years!

Our contractor used Sherwin-Williams so we came to get the matching paint. Bought a gallon a couple years ago and thought why not have them shake it for me. Came in, no problem. They shook it up and off I went. I'd probably come back if I ever needed other paint. Definitely less hassle then driving to a big box store and just as good or better service.

Wilson was the nicest friendliest and most professional staff member ever. Not only did they help me find the right kind of paint but they went above the normal assistant. I was blown away with this level of customer service, good vibe (lady before very rude), and knowledgeable. This is a well deserved review and I hope they get the recognition. Thank you again and my now white chair looks great!

I like the fact that the the staff can do more than one thing at a time and can really hussle to get the customers order processed and out the door.As a painting contractor it's very much appreciated.The store manager Jackson and his wonderful staff, are always very friendly, knowledgeable with SW products, and customer focused.
