Thank you staff members from last night! Customer service was amazing! You guys stayed after helping me check out, made sure I received my target points, assisted me with loading my car with many home decor items with so much patience and care. As others have said, and it’s been like this for years, but this target is always dirty, cluttered, understaffed, and long waits for checkout due to lack of registers working or open. Place sucks.

Can’t get anyone to even pick up the phone to answer a question. I called 5 times, tried various options and no one ever answered the phone. It would ring and ring and eventually the line would disconnect. Terrible customer service.

Wow, what a destroyed store. Carts and carts and carts of go-backs just put out with the other merchandise as if that is how it should be displayed. Longest lines I have ever seen at a target. Will not be coming back. New management is needed for sure

This Target is always a good experience, given how friendly the staff are, how great the prices are, and the ease with which we can get in and out of the parking lot.

If you've got time, drive a little farther for your shopping. This place is terrible (and has been for years).* It's dirty and cluttered throughout.* They are regularly understaffed up front. You'll wait in a checkout line no matter the time of day, even for self-checkout.* Worst of all, displays are always half-stocked. I regularly walk out empty handed, because what I needed was sold out.

The associate basically called me stupid and rude ... why would I come pick something up when the order was not fulfilled... I told her on the website it said they had three of them... and after that they basically offered no help I honestly didn't want no help from the lady after she called me stupid and rude

I'm sorry to say that this once very nice, well-stocked, well-run store has gone completely downhill in recent months. It's now run and kept so poorly: many large sections of shelves are completely empty, while others are totally disheveled and messy, and their customer service has become extremely low-staffed and disorganized, with only two checkouts open at very busy times, and several self-checkout machines closed as well. The kicker for me was when I recently placed a drive-up order, and got notified on the app that my order was ready, so I loaded up my toddler grandchildren, drove 20 miles to get there, and proceeded to wait for almost an HOUR in my drive-up parking space. At first, I was extending grace, as it was close to Christmas and I understood they were busy. But then I noticed that other cars that arrived after me were getting their orders. My toddlers in the backseat were understandably getting antsy to get out of their seats, so just as I was about to leave, a worker came walking up to the car, saying they "couldn't find" my items in the store. When I pulled up my order of many items, and showed him my screen, I said, "you guys couldn't find a single one of these items?" He then started fumbling over his words and finally confessed that no one actually even tried to fulfill the order. I asked him why the app told me the order was ready if no one shopped it, and he said he didn't know and handed me a $10 gift card for my hour wait and didn't offer to go fill the order - he just handed me the card, said "sorry" and walked off. I was dumbfounded. I drove 20 miles back home with none of the items I needed. All this to say, if you want an efficiently run store with good customer service, try another location!

Trash customer service. We were sent the incorrect gift from our registry. The gift purchaser bought it from Target. We brought it in to return it, or even exchange for correct item and offered to pay difference. They had the packaging slip and bar code and refused to return it. Now we’re stuck with a $300 gift that we won’t use.
