“We bought a Gear Bot for our school. Our Gear Bot remote control did not work, so we called the Lake Oswego store to ask what we should do with the toy that wasn't working. The person on the phone treated us great. She was kind and very helpful. We took it back to the store and they helped us exchange it right away. Thank you!”

The staff are attentive, friendly, and do a great job of checking in on customers to see if they need anything or they're ready to stuff their bears, create birth certificats, etc. The manager is also fantastic, and does a wonderful job of checking around the area to help anyone, put away loose items, and has always been friendly when I come in. I've been to this location quite a few times for several years, especially more recently this year, and it's been great every time.”

“My husband and I stopped by at this store today 01/06/24. I found a medium unisex graphic t-shirt that have catnip madness on it, a Neko strawberry plush keychain, and a pusheen pancake squisheen. The store associate was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The associate informed me that if I scan the QR code I can get $5.00 off and it was a pleasant surprise that she added another discount (Disclaimer: No, I wasn't being a demanding/entitled Karen. I honestly don't know why she gave me the discount not that I am complaining.). Overall, we are very happy with our shopping experience at this store. The store associate left a good impression on both me and my husband. We will definitely come back to shop at this store again.
