I went to this post office today to get passports for my kids, and for the second time had to deal with Aaron. He was rude, dismissive, and flat-out lazy. Once again, he hid behind “staffing shortages” as an excuse not to take walk-ins, but it’s obvious he just doesn’t want to be bothered.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this problem with him. Aaron acts like he’s above everyone else and that we should be grateful he even shows up. That attitude is unacceptable – especially when dealing with something as important as passports.
Management needs to take a serious look at how this guy treats customers. If he can’t do his job without the arrogance and laziness, he shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role.
Do yourself a favor and go to another location – you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

I had a really bad experience here today. The person helping me, Aaron, was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Definitely not good customer service. On top of that, they didn’t even have basic supplies like tape, which was really frustrating. I won’t be coming back. Do better!

Worst Postal Services, They did not keep the key of the parcel box in my mailbox due to which my package got stuck and I had to go abroad after 2 days and I could not take it with me. This is a very bad service. If I could, I would give it -5 stars.

Closing at 11 on a regular day is absolutely stupid. Closed Sunday, sure, fine, but having special times for Saturday too is insane, people need to send out mail, I needed boxes and labels and stamps to send a large order and you guys closed as I left my house, now multiple people including myself have to wait longer. My retirement investment? My friend who struggling? No no sorry the POST OFFICE doesn't have employees that want to work.

My package said it was out for delivery for 4 days. After filing 2 inquires, a lady named Amanda pretended to not hear me and hung up. After an additional day of calling, I finally got a call back. I was told they in fact lost my package.
The website I purchased my item from only had usps as an option, otherwise I would not have used them. Read the other reviews, it's terrible.
Currently filing a claim.

If I could give negative stars I would. They screwed up my passport application and made me risk losing my money. I signed up for a passport appointment and I had all my documents and was told I didn't need some that the federal government thought I did. Don't ever go to this post office.

Been trying for an hour to talk to a representative unsuccessfully to check if they were open in the snow/ice storm before I drive two hours to get there for a passport appointment that I have been waiting on for six weeks the soonest availability they have. This is not bad service it is no service.

I wish I could do negative stars It takes weeks to get an appointment to process passports I learned they allow walkins at 830 There was 1 employee and a second one showed up 5 mins late Then the other one left leaving a huge line of passports needing to be processed They only allow walking appointments until 930 But only 1 employee working Terrible experience and they all don't seem to want to work

The lady working there this morning was very kind and helpful. Appreciate her so much!!! But the man working there this morning seemed very bothered to help and did provide any helpful information or make any attempt to help. He definitely hates working here and it shows.

They say the pick up times on Saturday's for inside and outside but they skip it all together. Don’t bother mailing on Saturday, as their Saturdays workers do nothing on Saturday's. Not a reliable post office. Wait till Monday.

The absolute WORST USPS in the entire State! The employees are rude and unhelpful. The petty "woman"/person at the counter made me pay for a box I did not even use. I asked if there was a cheaper way to ship my package and she rudely said if I used the flat rate instead she was still going to charge me for the other box I did not use. Literally the worst service I have ever had at a usps. Not to mention every single time they lose my packages or deliver them to the wrong address because apparently they hire people who can't read! The employees are the most incompetent bunch I have ever seen. This location needs new management or needs to get shut down. I've never had any issues like this in any other usps location. I can see which store they ban all their incompetent workers to...this one.
