My mother, visiting your branch, needed bill payment assistance. The bank manager directed her to an external website, contrary to my advice to use Wells Fargo's bill payment option. As a bank manager in Florida, I urge you to provide the necessary special assistance for my parents, who are from Ukraine. Ensure their proper treatment, or I may need to address this in person.

I had been having a horrible day with a snowball of things happening. They were able to help me with some things that really helped my situation. The gal that helped me was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for great customer service.

Good service| friendly tellersEvery time I stop by here, the tellers are friendly and helpful. I was unable to grab fresh crisp bills at my credit union in town so I came here. I was told to come by around 1pm anytime during the week because they have more staff on hand to open the safe then. If you're looking to get new bills for Lunar New Year, come here.

Horrible customer service at this branch. Went through the drive thru to cash a check and the teller told me to go to Onpoint where the check is from. I asked her but I bank here that doesn’t make any sense. But I will be transferring my accounts to Onpoint.

Wells Fargo does not have their customers back especially during the pandemic. They screwed me left and right and once I switch banks I will never use them again. They are horrible and they straight up just don’t care. Oh you’re struggling? Don’t worry they’ll add in $300 worth of fees.

No one helps drive ups. Sat for 10 min. They helped the person in front of me and walked away. There were 2 more cars behind me. Please help the poor tellers and hire someone for just drive ups instead of making them do both jobs and slow everything down.

Absolutely terrible branch here. They’ve on numerous occasions stolen money from me through “overdraft fees” which I specifically spoke to several bankers about and each time they told me it would not happen again. Better not let your account drop below 0 because they’ll close your account the next day. While the staff is kind and friendly, they are extremely undertrained and could not be further from professional staff, which is unfortunate because as I just said they’re polite and socially professional. This branch either needs to close or needs to be retrained because I’m not the only one who’s lost money to this bank. Do not do business with them. Or in fact any Wells Fargo branch. It’s just a terrible and under managed company bleeding it’s customer base for every penny they can.

I would prefer to rate no stars if that was an option but sadly it is not. My daughter had an emergency with her car today and was in desperate need of available funds in her account. I got the call for help so I went to my bank and got cash to deposit into her Wells Fargo Acct. I had her send me a picture of her deposit slip and check so I would have all of her information to make the deposit. When I went to the Wilsonville branch I was told that being as though I was not on her account I could not make a cash deposit I could deposit a check but not $100 in cash. (I did not have my checkbook on me)I explained that she was in an emergency situation and that I had her acct number, ss #, a picture of her check on my phone that she sent me. I was told under no circumstances would they deposit cash into her account because I was not on her account. If she was as there they could deposit the cash for her bit not for me. I was told that I could open an account and transfer funds to her account. Wasn't that what got Wells Fargo into trouble forcing unwanted accounts on people! I am very upset with Wells Fargo for not being willing to try and help in this scary situation for my daughter. I'm ashamed of how Wells Fargo handled the situation and will make sure to let everyone I know hear about it!
