Just spoke to a very rude older woman. I told her I filled out an application online and she said they don’t accept that. I have to go in, which is not the problem. If you don’t accept it online, then take the feature off your website. I waited 2 weeks to hear back.

They had an amazing "special" on their website. It was after hours so I used their form to send my reservation electronically. When I didn't hear anything this morning I called. Judi said, "oh! I just rented that unit five minutes ago". I wonder how many pissed off people she deals with everyday.

Friendly, caring staff are so very helpful. A mother and son live on site, which helped me feel my belongings were even more secure. Lower prices than the other self-storage sites in the area.
