This location has been a lifesaver. We showed up with a barely running car. They helped check the battery, and did a scan to find out our car issue. Alternator. It’s Sunday and we are from Salem. Family of five and no way to get home without this vehicle. They hooked us up for a contact for a mobile mechanic, gave us a cool place to rest( over 100 outside) and water. We have purchased an alternator and are currently waiting for repairs. So grateful for this crew!!

Sold us a battery that wouldn't even run all the systems in our vehicle. Then they refused to return it and tried to blame it on a bad diagnosis. Literally the worst auto parts store. I would never shop there.

Kyle went beyond great customer service. He assisted me to the right 5w-30 high synthetic European blend oil for my VW. I asked if he could help me in checking the oil. Without hesitation he helped me. It needed some oil, which he added. Kyle your an asset to O'Relly's. Thank you very much.
