I come into the store all the time and spend spend my money all the time I was needing for quarters and stuck at the car wash they wouldn't give me 10 they wouldn't give me four quarters for 10 times he said they they don't give out change nice way to treat your neighborhood

Went to drop off stuff and it had just started raining, the girl said she couldn’t take it because the boxes are wet- everything inside was dry. Called talked to manager while stuff sat in the rain for another 15 minutes and she took the stuff. Thank you to the manager for doing the right thing, I don’t donate garbage it’s all nice stuff. To the girl who was rude and just seemed too lazy to want to work- hope your Christmas is better than your work ethic. Would have been 0 stars if it weren’t for the manager making things right!

3 weeks ago I tried to get $2 off of a garbage can in your Winston store and was told no because the donation hadn't been in the store long enough. I donate to the Winston store quite often and have many friends that donate as well. They couldn't believe that's a response I received . Then About a month ago I was trying to donate some items to your Winston Oregon store. The woman who was supervising was rude and told me my area rug that had a small thread loose wasn't good enough for the store.I went into the store yesterday and saw area rugs in worse shape. Please let supervisors know to just let people who donates know that you're not excepting those kinds of donations at this time because we have too many, instead of criticizing the person's items. I felt angry and embarrassed with the rudeness she gave me. I don't even want to donate items to your stores anymore.

I work for this store and it's really not that bad of a place you can buy stuff there that has really high value and honestly the reason why it's sold for good money is because honestly it's worth a lot good you just look online and see what it's worth although it's one of those deals where if it's not sold for as much we only sell it for about half as what it's worth

The store was clean and fairly organized but the prices were ridiculous! I did like that there were two colored tags that were on sale but so many items from the Dollar Tree or Walmart (some in very used condition) were priced for more than they would cost brand new. People come here to stretch their paychecks not to pay more than retail just for the experience.

Prices are ridiculous! The idea behind this organization is good but who does it benefit with the prices so high. At 6.50 for a faded used t-shirt I will go to Walmart for a new shirt. And pay less. All for donating to charity but not at these prices.

The lady that takes the donations in the Winston store is rude. She acts as if you’re putting her out . Maybe she doesn’t realize that you need donations to stay in business and with an attitude like hers people are going to take it other places. I will be calling corporate.
