“Joe was a truly remarkable soul that treated both my mom and I with such compassion. I was very, very, verrrrry attached to my little ‘91 Camry and it hurt a lot to part ways with my beloved vehicle, but Joe himself was nothing but kind, cordial and considerate. I broke my neck in the accident and am stuck in an Aspen Collar for the next few months. Joe set us at ease with his friendly rapport and comforting presence. When it was time to unload my car (his name was Stanley), Joe got me a high-backed chair so I didn’t strain myself, and he offered me a Caprisun, gave us boxes for the belongings we were salvaging from inside of Stanley, he let me cry as long as I needed to, and even stayed late to make sure that my mom and I were both well taken care of. His shop was immaculate, with fascinating tow-truck inspired decor, and he had an adept assistant whom aided in the process of letting “Stanley” go. I don’t think I would be so okay with losing my beloved little car if it wasn’t for Joe and his employee’s kindness. My mom wants it known that he was one of the nicest men she had ever met, especially in a business like this where emotions can run high, and being met with someone who has such a soothing disposition really helped ease our stress.
