Drove here from tricities. About 200 miles to sell our car. It was such an easy process, our rep was extremely nice and took care of everything. Took less than 5 min.

BEWARE. Do not buy from here if you are looking for clean, reliability and professionalism. They claim to do a 150 point inspection but don’t actually take care of issues that are in that inspection. There’s no where that states work was done or needed. My vehicle was delivered with a very unprofessional employee, car was filthy inside and out, gas was below 1/4 tank, battery was bad, A/C didn’t work, front brake pads are below safety standard, terrible noise when turning wheel and so much more. Was told they would extend the 7 day policy so silver light can approve the work to be completed. They only approved half of the work leaving me to pay a whole bunch of money for the work that should have been completed prior to a purchase, especially the unsafe brakes.I was told over and over, I’d be able to test drive the vehicle before accepting it, driver refused to let me do that saying they don’t allow test drive’s because we have 7 days to return it. Wasn’t given any paperwork whatsoever on this vehicle when delivered and was told I couldn’t take pictures of the paperwork I signed. There’s so much more of this complete experience, it was horrible. I do NOT recommend this company and if you choose to make a purchase, be extremely cautious.

Will absolutely never do again, huge mistake and regret!!! They will tell you all day long about their 7 day return blah blah, because they know you can't do it as they charged 10% of the total ($2000) in non refundable shipping. Tires were bald, interior filthy, customer service non existent. I paid $25k cash (bank xfer) and two days after they took the full price out of my account they sent threatening messgs they were canceling the order because I hadn't sent in loan paperwork....for a loan that didn't exist. Had to go through that multiple times, always with different person who had no clue about anything. case of pay for a reputable dealership, or pay through the college of mistakes learned.....which is typically more expensive and much more problematic. Do not put yourself through this!!

This was my first time using Carvana, and I was pleased with how easy and friendly the overall experience was. I loved being able to look through a vast inventory of cars specific to what I was looking for, and see what my down payments / monthly would look like for each one, from the comfort of my own home. Pickup of the vehicle was awesome.

Carvana makes it sounds so easy, but then after you commit you find out that they will not come to your town to pick up the vehicle, and then that they are going to charge you to pick it up even somewhere closer to their location, and then good luck on the pick up happening when they say it will! First I had a 3 hours window for them to show up - they blew right past that and showed up more than 2 hours later than the end off the window they gave me. Very poor customer service!

I just bought my second car in 5 years from Carvana. This time I traded a car in to help with the down payment. I LOVE the convenience of shopping from home, and not having to worry about an overzealous salesperson makes the Carvana way the only way for me to purchase vehicles. My husband was shocked when we were in and out of the pick up station in under 45 minutes (he didn’t accompany me at my first purchase). In his words, “No wonder you love this process so much!” Thanks for a painless, seamless car buying experience, Carvana.

The process was super easy. We were in & out like a fast food restaurant. (Probably faster than the fast food restaurants nowadays) the service was great. It’s as easy as they say it is. We were very pleased.

I feel like I am reasonable person and give people the benefit of the doubt but I have had a horrible experience with Carvana. It’s a shame because my partner had such a great experience with them a few years back.I was trading in my mini copper countryman all-4 for a Ram 1500, as I needed something better for family and the bad weather here in central Oregon. I was meant to pick up my vehicle in Portland on 1/16/24 but I postponed due to the poor weather conditions in the pass and In the city. I talked with the representative and she agreed that was a good idea. I signed all my paperwork and set up a pick up time for the following day as the forecast looked more favorable, I was made to select a new pick up time after they messed up my paperwork, 2:30 instead of 1:30. I texted the representative I had been working with but got no answer so I went with the 2:30 that was posted on my online order summary.I leave at a little after 10:30 on 1/17 and revive a call around 11 while I’m on the road from the representative. She tells me they closed early the day before because of weather and just got my message about keeping my 1:30 appointment. She says they may have a late start due to weather and that they might not be open at 1:30 . I tell her no worries and that I probably wouldn’t get there till 2:00 anyways as I was planning on a 2:30 appointment as I had selected online. She say something to the effect of “great see you then”. She gives no explicit indication that they may not open at all. I continue driving. After 2.5 hours or so I make it to about 35 minutes away from the Carvana location. I receive a text from another representative who says he’s taking over for the one I had been talking to. He said it looks like they might not open today and ask if I can come back tomorrows. I’m 35 minutes away! And have to go on shift tomorrow. I call him and he tells me there is nothing he can do and that I should call customer service. I understand that the weather is bad but I don’t think I’m alone when I say that this probably should have been a decision they made that morning when they initially called me, 30 minutes into my drive not when I was 30 minutes away. They knew I was coming from afar.I call customer service and chat with an “executive support agent” or some title like that. As I pull into the Carvana lot I ask if it is possible to pay someone extra to come in and quickly take care of me. He says they cannot . We talk in circles for an hour+ basically he says there is nothing he can do for me. He tells me his manger will say the same thing. At this point I’ve come to terms with the fact I will not be leaving with the pickup. I get it, fine, I can handle that. What really gets me is when I ask what they CAN do! He tells me they can reschedule my pick up date!?! You want me to drive back here a week later to pick it up!? The billion dollar company that advertises itself as we come to you, who delivers cars and picks up trades all over the nation cannot deliver it to me after all this and standing me up!? Insane! He says that location is not a delivery location, okay I get that, but after all this you cannot use your billions of dollars and existing connections to contractors and drivers to figure out how to deliver this vehicle to me at a later date. All that said I can understand that The first representative probably expected that they would be open by the time I got there or shortly after. We cannot control the weather that’s fine, all good. Don’t want to send someone out in the bad conditions to take care of it!? That’s fine too, totally get that, don’t want them to get hurt. But telling me that THE car delivery company cannot find a way to deliver this vehicle at a later date and pick up my trade is just ridiculous. $250 for my troubles? Nice gesture I guess but that was after I expressed my disbelief to customer service rep for over an hour. And feels more like a ploy to get me to give up rather than make it up to me.I’d be happy to change my rating if we can find a better resolution.

Carvana is an absolute game changer in this industry. With innovation and providing a very positive user experience. Being a software engineer who builds mobile applications, I couldn't have been more impressed with the amount of focus and detail they have to put to build a very friendly user journey on top of a very powerful supply chain system. And surprisingly the pricing on their platform is relatively very close to market.I have now bought 1 car and sold 2 on carvana. And the experience was amazing. Very high recommendations to give these guys a try.

Worst experience ever!!!I was a first time buyer with carvana and was very excited about buying a car. I had found a car that I wanted and decided to start the buying process. Later that evening I found a car that was better suited for me. I messaged carvana and let them know 1495.00 was pending with my bank for the first vehicle. They told me I could change vehicles without penalty and the money would not be taken out of my account. A couple days passed and I found out the money for the first and second car was taken out of my account. Very upset and confused, I called carvana hoping to get answers. The man on the RECORDED LINE told me he would gladly refund my money of 1495.00, it would just take 5-7 business days. I was feeling better. Well I checked my bank statement 7 days later and the money was never refunded. They freaking LIED!!!!!I called the company to find out what was going on just to find out that they were never going to refund my deposit of 1495.00!!! They were hateful and rude on the phone with me. I let them know that I was not going to be treated like this and if I needed to I would seek legal counsel. If you are going to put out there that you are a great company with customer service, maybe you should stick to your word. This was the worst experience ever and I will not be referring any of my friends or family to this company!!!!
