Took a ring into have resize. Picked it up. They resized it wrong. They said this happens alot... They didn't offer a refund or to resize it. Instead gave me some weird wrap around plastic thing to make it not fall off.

I paid $112 to have a tennis bracelet sized. The lady who did the sizing pinched the bracelet on my girlfriend‘s wrist. She didn’t actually pull a measurement which was an improper way to size the bracelet and I noticed that so I realized the people were incompetent, the bracelet was stuck on my girlfriends wrist about 2 inches up from her wrist and it looked like a rubber band stationary on her wrist. When I asked the lady at the jeweler, she said it’s based off perception on how a bracelet should fit however, I could barely get my fingers on the clasp because it was digging into her skin so when I went through all of this, I didn’t trust their word anymore, so I signed the receipt and tried to take it to the Gresham Fred Meyer. They said we have to go back to woodvillage and they would make the correction there. When I got there, they argued after giving me $112 quote to do it all over again. I told her that she was going to fix it for free because I’m a paid customer with the receipt coming back the very next day explaining why I didn’t trust you guys to do the work the second time but I’m not gonna pay someone to do it a second time, so I’m requesting that the people who made the wrong measurements make the correction, she refused so I told her that I’m gonna write a very honest and nasty review and that I’m going to include her name in it. Her response was that’s OK a bad review doesn’t affect my job anyways. Her name was Valleria. She was the rudest most inconsiderate person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to customer serviceSo I decided to call corporate office and explain to them that I’m a single father of two kids. I just wanted to buy my girlfriend something nice for Christmas in which I did I paid to have it size correctly and which it wasn’t and now it is the end of February. It’s been two months and my girlfriend hasn’t been able to wear her bracelet yet I’m about to take it into Macy’s today and have it size correctly because Macy’s jeweler is in amazing place. They always take good care of me.I will never shop at Kroger again. They are multi million dollar company and they couldn’t fix a single father’s already paid bracelet resize for free Kroger. One didn’t even noticed a dent in his bank account but as a single father in our economy, you know, I’ll noticed the difference and if I was a single mother, something like this would make headlines.Stay away from Kroger they rich and they care about nobody but themselves. Their customers mean nothing to them, but without their customers, Amazon will shut them down.In the photo provided, you can see that Fred Meyers decided to take out 10 links out of a grown woman’s braceletLook at the picture look at the size of that bracelet in my hand I’m a man, but I have small hands that bracelet would fit a child if we’re luckyThey have a bunch of clueless people working inside of their jewelry, and when I didn’t want to have them make the correction the second time because I didn’t trust them and I tried to take it elsewhere. Now they’ve completely refused to fix it at any Fred Meyer‘s all the way up to corporate office.I’m sorry, but I’m a plumber and even I know how to correctly size a bracelet I’m wearing jewelry every day all the time these people work with jewelry but yet they don’t know how to size it correctly that’s concerningKroger do better

No baby changing station in the mens room?
What do they expect single dads to do out here?
Just gassed up and wanted to check out the electronics section but I guess my business is supposed to go elsewhere. Shame.

Employee Sandy was very rude and dismissive. I was told a Ring price was double actual price. so I showed the Employees the Online pricing stating the actual price. Sandy proceeded to act snobby and I explained every time I had came in to this location she was rude. she told me To Fo to a different Fredmeyers jewelry store and prlurchase the ring if I wanted Than. So I kindly asked for a manager in which she stated there is no manager on site. so I spoke with a Flore manager at a check stand. in which she asked who I was making the complaint about and I explained she was still standing in the Jewelry store. When me and the manager approached she stated her name very load and rude and proceeded to try and argue with me about the situation which I had already explained to the manager. this is crazy considering salesman at the jewelry store are paid off commission. She just sent her money to another location. I won't be returning. also.would not recommend if your looking for any level of customer service.

They do not control the amount of people in the store or keeping people 6’ from each other. It’s very crowded and people are not following social distancing. As I waited for people to move out of an aisle a guy cut in front of me and then realized and said “ladies first” I said I would wait for it to clear and he said “ honey, I think you will live”. People don’t care. The management needs to monitor and employees need to make sure the rules are being followed. I’m a retail manager and I know what is required bc I do it in my store! Get w it Fred Meyer! Help save lives.

Customers are allowed in to shop and roam around with no masks. Get with the program Freddy. It’s a state mandate. Post people at the door

I want to Fred Meyers and my service dog lick an unknown liquid of the floor there. 12 hours later my service dog is dead. I am a disabled Veteran the cost if replacing this dog will be hard for me. Please do not take your dog here. What ever was on the floor is deadly to dogs

Customer service is a hit or miss. The ladies have always been great sometimes just too drained but nothing upsetting. The one guy I see in passing gave me the worst experience the one time I dealt with him to the point I would rather never come back. If it weren’t for the warranty on my jewelry I’d stay away since customer service throughout the store is unimpressive with many associates ignoring customers. If it’s local and you have minimal expectations and would rather associates stay away from you I see no reason not to come.
