I ordered a coat from here and I had to take it back to the store because it was too small. They could not get the money, put back on my debit card. And the girl tried to use it as a credit card and ended up charging me a second time, and now they are telling me I have to wait for 2 or 3 days to see if the money goes back into my account. I am totally disappointed with their service. And I expect my money back in my account.
I will not be shopping here again

Quality matches the price. “Buy one get one free” is 100% a marketing ploy. Those semi see-through shirts are absolutely not worth more than $30 a piece. Material is better than other fast fashion places for this price. If you must buy fast fashion in this style, then choose Aeropostale over places like H&M.

Good selection of clothes, but make sure you've had something to eat before going to this Aeropostle as it is right next to a Subway and the bread smell is basically pumped into the store! Smells so good every time I go in there!

Worst costumer service ever. I have been in multiple times, and each time the workers are always on their phones. Waited in line to pay for close to 5 minutes when there was no one in front of me as the workers were in a corner talking and on phones. Will not be going back!!!

Sometimes overpriced... Sometimes you may get good deals...Getting a fitting room can be time consuming as you might need to search for an employee first...Otherwise employees are very helpful
