This place is a SCAM. $6.69 a gallon. I went inside because I thought it was a mistake. I should have known something was wrong when I saw no price but one assumes ARCO is cheaper. Awful they do this to hardworking people.
Update: I filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice. I would encourage others to do the same. Their lawyer emailed me in response. Praying for that lawyers soul for defending such an evil unethical business.

The gas price is unreasonably high. I didn’t realize till I got the receipt.

Rip off. Started pumping before I realized they are jacking up their price. Don’t make my mistake. Shell is cheaper by $2 a gallon!

So I ended up The Arco in Woodburn and I want to get gas because any Arco that we know has been very sensible on gas around here. It's 399 again I went in. I gave her 40 bucks. There's no gas prices posted anywhere anywhere so I go and pump the gas and I only get 5.97 gallons for 40 bucks And then the gas attendant finally walks up to me and we ask how much is a gas he goes 06 69. The Chevron is 399 669. What are you talking about goes? Yup that's what they charge here. I have no control over it and walks away Like he didn't even give a goddamn.

This gas station is a complete scam and likely breaking the law! They’re charging a ridiculous $6.69 per gallon while Chevron across the street offers gas for $4 per gallon. To make it worse, they hide the price behind a canvas banner, masking the real cost until you’re trapped into overpaying. This is blatant price gouging and feels criminal. Avoid this place at all costs! Someone needs to take legal action to shut this predatory operation down immediately. ?

Was charged $6.89 per gallon literally 30 mins ago without realizing. I paid cash and did not ask for a receipt. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They don't have a large display of their prices for a reason. They charge over twice as much as the Chevron next door. Prices are on the pump only and that is all legal but what a scam. Most drivers just hand the attendent their card and ask for a fill, then get charged over a hundred for a tank. Place is owned by a lawyer so he knows the loop holes in this game.

Be careful, do not put gasoline here, they do not have the price advertised on their visible signs, I went to fill up and had to stop the pump when I realized that they were charging almost $7 dollars per gallon, this is a theft, I hope the government do something about it because what they are doing is not correct.

There is no price ceiling. When I refueled, I found that the price of the cheapest gasoline was $6.7 per gallon. $6.7 is twice as much as at other gas stations.

Like all the other people are saying this station is a scam. Charging 150+% of what other stations nearby are charging. DON’T GO HERE. Lets drive this station out of business

Absolutely wild prices. They have zero prices anywhere, their reader board is covered with a banner. They are charging $6.69 per gallon. I feel ripped off... While they can charge whatever they want, not having it posted on their reader board (like every other gas station) is a super sleezy and deceptive way of doing business.

Got me too. Don't assume Arco is cheaper. Don't assume once your pumping the price on the scale is wrong. Highway robbery

6.39 for regular and doesn't post the price on the sign. I do believe that is illegal. Chevron has normal prices 150 yards away

No prices advertised on the outside sign and nearly $3 a gallon more than the chevron across the street. This place is a complete scam. 2 attendants walked out as I was putting my card in the reader offering to help, which just felt like a distraction tactic as I was setting up. If they had helped, I would’ve never seen their prices as the attendant would’ve been manning the pump
