Complete nonsense service provided for a 10year plus customer trying to open a business account. The employee was completely unable to explain the process on how to establish the account. The explanation they did provide made little to no sense. They seemed more eager to not make the account. The business is only as good as their employees and this one is MINUS 10 STARS.@Woodburn Store

The ladies that helped me and my wife to order our phones we're very kind outgoing charismatic and very helpful. But whoever runs the store needs to keep his stock a little better, because if I go into the store to get a phone I expect to have it that same day. Besides that, the girls were great

my IPad and IPhone had been Hacked. Microsoft was working on it. But I needed confirmation. i went in and meet Ariel. He was so kind introduced him self. i was very worried since my accounts were hacked. He went right to work and confirmed the hacker had done what Microsoft said they did. He confirmed and cleared my equipment. He spoke with confidence, my anxiety faded I was able to understand his explanation of each process he used. i am a retired nurse manager with very sore knees. He walked me to the door and held it open for me . This young man is just what we need more of. i have been with ATT since cell phones came out and ATT is where I will Stay.

I went at&t at Keizer station I find good offer on phone. Malynna came up for help me so i made my decision exchange phone. But she put me on deal to buy more stuff like glass protector, iphone case, wireless charger and airpods I told her to I do not need airpods but she said u can return if u don't want but she didn't told me they gona charge 10% fee for return. Airpods was $250 . And I went today for return she charge me $25 rightaway for return. This is discusting service I even seen even I did not open the seal of the box. I advice don't take anything from them when they trying or pushing u buy more stuff from them from my side 0 star as review

Was not impressed by her. Inexperienced customer service. Rude, and I need to say it, the girl was lazy, short with us, and unhelpful. She did not give us her name. Glued to her chair. Could not help at all. Could not give me a upgrade price today. To upgrade my phone to Premium, for an International Plan. Horrible how she treated us. Told me I could not view her monitor. It was policy of AT&T. My boyfriend will never go back. Referred me to MyAt&T app. Which I already tried and that is why we went in person. Bad experience overall. No customers in the store.

went to this store waited for an hour to return the unit that we don’t want. It’s clearly said from AT&T customer service that we can return it from any of their store. This guy doesn’t want to take it because he said the one we printed it should be goin to USPS. We insisted he take it because it was clearly instructed that we can return it to any At&T store or the post office but he won’t. He laughed at us after sayin, he was not accommodating at all. A very huge disappointed for his action. I’ll never do any transaction with AT&T and on this branch!!!
