“Before you read on, just know I hate auto part stores. Hate, capital letter "H". But I'm going to be a grown up and tell you fine folks about my personal experience, instead of my general likes and dislikes. My head lights have been a major pain in the you-know-what. I've gone from stock lights, to HIDs, to LEDs.... blah blah blah. After one of them burnt out a few months ago, I started dreaded having to get it taken care of. Well, yesterday was the day. I ended up starting with the easy stuff, wiper blades, coolant.. etc. Then, I went into the long drama my headlights have played in my life. I didn't even know what bulbs I had at this point. I'm sure the guy behind the counter, Jacob, thought I was super pathetic because he seemed genuinely happy to help. Another man behind the counter helped A TON as well, didn't catch his name though. My black beauty had messy headlights. We're talking duck tape and a rat's nest made of wires. It was also freezing cold outside, so the guys had to listen to me complain the entire time, which I felt bad about since they TOTALLY fixed everything wrong in my life! (my headlights) Very thankful for the guys that work there! They've won all my future automotive business going forward.”
