By far the best large scale commercial budget hotel experience I have had. Clean room, great mattress, lovely staff. Quiet apart from the highway noise. The most legit hot breakfast I've seen in a hotel like this too, cheese omelette, potatoes, ham, waffle bar, in addition to pastries, fruit, cereal, etc. Beyond pleased. Will be returning!

Great Best Western hotel. Nice find especially if you’re going to the Wooden Shoe Tulip farm

Horrible experience. People out partying cops called and they did t even get it stopped. And didn't offer for any compensation.

This is our go—to hotel when staying in the Woodburn area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The showers are great. And the breakfast is a good start to the day. The hotel is situated well, with all of the stores and restaurants nearby that you could want. The outlet mall is right over the freeway.

Omg they nailed my card $2,894.82. I called on 7/7/24 because I was admitted to the hospital. I could move my legs. I called to let them know. A guy told me not to worry about it because I had until the 18th to cancel my stay so I won't be charged. We'll woke up today 7/21/24 to the last part of my money that was supposed to go to my treatment for GBS that I was diagnosed with in the hospital. Am not working right now because of this. I been put into a wheel. So I called them. I was told by the front desk lady I have to call the loyalty service number for them to help me. So I did. They were fine with me getting a full refund. But when the guy called them they said no to the refund. So I called the hotel about it. All I was told it's policy and I have to talk to a manager. I use to be a hotel manager and I know when it comes to medical stuff like this we gave refunds. Also I was just released from the hospital yesterday. So now I canceled out my card. They have a choice refund me or make me go and dispute the charge. Which I really just want my money back. I need those for my treatment. Oh then I was told loyalty program doesn't have any control over BW because they are independently owned. I just want my money I need it for my medical bills. I'm also going to be making a complaint with better business Bureau

Rooms are more expensive and as for the last Best Western we were in the rooms were bigger had more bathroom space everything was more convenient then in this one the beds are like a tin can when you sit on them the sound like a metal Barn they have this tiny table with one chair so only one person can eat at a time however they do have the biggest refrigerator I've seen in any of them the microwave looks like Barbie's microwave so this Best Western has not been updated to the times it's still back in the seventies or eighties and it's about $60 more than the last one we were at what last amenities

I just wanted to leave a review due to the fact that the last time we were in woodburn we stayed at a super 8 up the street and it was AWFUL. But, I will definitely be using Best Western everytime I come to Woodburn. Their Staff that checked me in so courteous and sweet. Their rooms you walk in and it smells clean. Room and beds were very clean and tidy. The location is 5 minutes from the race track which is why we travel here. It is also near a variety of restaurants. They gave me the room I asked for and with checking out again morning staff was super kind and courteous! Thank you Best Western for making our stay comfortable and nice. Your team puts the "BEST" in Western!

I will say for the most part the rooms are clean and the staff is nice. After staying at this hotel a couple times, I have come to realize this place just will not allow late checkouts. Now normally this would not be an issue, but as I get off of work and back to the hotel at 6:30 a.m. and have my check-out this morning. They will not try to accommodate me one bit or even just charge even charge for a late checkout, I just get told they can't do it or they can do 11:30. Then I have to wait around for a couple hours before my upcoming shift at work. Also today's visit there was trash in the room. Not much so wasn't to stressed about it.

Staff was inattentive, combative, and unhelpful.
The front desk was on a personal phone call and didn't even bother to put her cellphone down to help me.
No vending machines,
This BW does NOT meet the BW standards. I will never book a stay here again.
Rooms: Disgusting rooms. They are falling apart
My bathroom had water damage on the walls and ceiling. The tub wasn't caulked, and the walls were peeling/flaking. The bottom of the tub and the toilet seat had been worn out and had stains on them.
Low water pressure in the tub/shower
Rooms are outdated and look nothing like the online photos.

Meticulously clean and spacious rooms (as expected from a Best Western), but very loud road noise due to the hotel being situated RIGHT next to I-5. Expect to hear cars 24/7, especially if your room is on the side of the building closest to the freeway (as mine was).
For those saying there was no phone charger next to the bed: The alarm has a USB port you can plug your charger cord into and you can charge your phone from there. It's not as convenient as a traditional plug-in, but it works.
The breakfast was nice! They offer eggs, potatoes, sausage, pastries (muffins, cinnamon rolls, bagels, etc.), oatmeal, waffles, and cereal - with coffee, milk, apple juice, cranberry juice, or orange juice to drink.
UPDATE: Now giving this hotel 3 stars. I stayed for a third night, only this time on the first floor in room 123. The noise was substantially worse than on the second and third floors - the room is right next to the parking lot, so you can hear every car park outside of your room. In addition, you can hear the people above you walking at all hours of the night (I was lucky enough to hear someone's child repeatedly running laps across the floor throughout the night) and the TV and personal conversations can be heard from the room next door. And finally, the alarm next to my bed didn't have the USB plug-in that the first two rooms I stayed in did, which was very inconvenient.
If possible, request a room on the third floor that is furthest from the freeway. Stay away from the first floor.

The room was clean.. and the hot tub, even though it was outside, it was nice that it was open... inside would be better, because then the kids could have burned off some energy..
Rooms: Clean rooms and didn't smell bad.
Nearby activities: We went to the Wings and Waves waterpark... so much fun..
Food & drinks: Breakfast was great
