Trevor was so kind when I showed him my ding on the passenger side bumper. He said he would give it his best fix. NO guarantee but at least it will look a lot better! Results? Not only Trevor repaired the ding, but he has also made it completely disappear like it never happened. Don’t I wish life worked out that way. Take a huge eraser and wipe away all the mistakes. If you’re looking for honest good work from a nicest gentleman, Trevor is the person to go. Look at the after pic. Pic shows my once thick deep scratches completely disappeared! PS…was too upset to take pic prior repair ;(”

“Great service and communication. It took a week to do the work, but offering a loaner car makes that not a big deal. I didn't like the surprise of paying a percentage of the total to pay with a bank card though, that would have added a huge amount just to pay with a card. At least there were other payment options. I didn't get other quotes for repairs, so I can't speak to comparable costs. Overall, I recommend this shop and will likely go back when needed.”

I can tell you this, it was more than obvious that Merle Really Cares about his customers’ needs and circumstances.

Fleet Sales West FSW made it clear they don’t just want you for a customer once, they want you as a customer for life.

We were in a tow truck that broke down over 100 miles away from home base. We had diagnosed our problem; the alternator went out. We were having warning bells going off that we were dropping voltage then randomly the alternator would start to charge again helping us to make it a little further down Interstate 5 then it would start to not charge again and voltage dropped setting off alarms, this went on for a few miles. We finally were able to get off Interstate 5 taking the Woodburn exit.
We called the main large Nationwide Auto Parts stores; they were within 3 miles from where we were broke down.
We couldn’t believe how poor customer service was in these other auto parts stores.

We were put on hold for 16 minutes then to have the person come back to the phone and remember nothing of what you had talked about with them. The other auto parts store never picked up the phone, it just rang and rang. We figured that we were within their parts delivery area being less than 3 miles from their auto parts store.
With the poor customer service we were experiencing from these other parts stores the decision was made that we must try to limp the tow truck to the auto parts stores, because they were either not answering the phone, or putting us on the IGNORE hold button.
I was shocked how awful the customer service was. I have accounts with these Nationwide Auto Parts Stores back at my home base.
It got worse, the first parts store that was the closest one to us was the one that never answered the phone. When we walked into that auto parts store there were 2 workers just standing there talking, they were not busy at all. The parking lot was empty and not one customer was in the auto parts store. Walking to the other auto parts store proved to also have poor customer service.
We decided we were going to have to make it further down the road to get help.

That’s when we saw FLEET SALES WEST.
We called and they answered right away. They understood our situation being over 100 miles away from home base. They did not have the part we needed.

However, that did not stop Merle and his Great Crew at FLEET SALES WEST FSW from serving us up a Whopping Bunch of Genuine Customer Service.
Merle found the part we needed; it was over a 55 minute drive one way then back 55 minutes on Interstate 5 in Portland Beaverton crazy traffic.
Knowing our situation and circumstances Merle offered to drive that distance and take that much time to make sure he could help us.
