I was in there paying my bill and I inquired about perhaps buying a new phone only cuz my screen cracked they said $200 , I said well I don't need one that bad, then a few days later I get this text saying I can get a new phone for next to nothing!... I wish that would had been the case when I was in there?

First of, they didn't speak good English to understand us well. Then he didn't tell us straight facts about our service. 3rd time here. 3 strikes, and now I'm out. This guy should not have a job (are there "minus" stars??).

Very friendly staff, they know how to keep their cool even after I came in upset and was a little rude, Karen was able to calmly explain what had to be done and even told me to come in or call for future references, they will gladly answer all your questions !
