Absolutely love this location!
The staff are attentive, friendly, and do a great job of checking in on customers to see if they need anything or they're ready to stuff their bears, create birth certificats, etc. The manager is also fantastic, and does a wonderful job of checking around the area to help anyone, put away loose items, and has always been friendly when I come in. I've been to this location quite a few times for several years, especially more recently this year, and it's been great every time.

This place used to be great. Employees were all super friendly and helpful and I always felt welcomed in there despite my social anxiety. But it's really different now. In a bad way.
The new manager is horrible and it feels like no one wants to be there, therefore I don't wanna be there. Upper management needs to do something about this as I'm clearly not the only one having issues with this change.

We took our granddaughter here for her 3rd birthday. They were awesome the employee who stuffed her bear was great with her.

I came here for my daughter’s birthday and really was not impressed. Three employees were there that couldn’t be bothered to help. I had to walk over and ask for help after waiting for the stuffing station and there were no customers but us. She did the stuffing bit but then disappeared. When we paid for everything she made us put everything in the box (because she was completely focused on the group that came in after us) which ended up ripped because we didn’t know how to do it. I remember going to these stores 10 years ago and the minute you walked in, someone was with you helping you and they didn’t just hand you the box for you to figure out and they didn’t pick and choose which customers to help and which to abandon. Also, the other two employees were doing nothing. All my daughter wanted to do for her birthday was go to build a bear and I was seriously disappointed.

used to be so great! went in recently and unfortunately it reeked of cigarettes and the manager was rude and unapproachable. unclean store and unfriendly atmosphere. unfortunate :(

I've been to this location several times. It used to be clean and well-run. A couple of months ago I noticed a change; it turns out there was a management change. The new manager, Grace, is terrible. She's rude, the store is dirty, and she smells of cigarettes. I don't feel she should be working around kids.

I went in to this store and didn't get any help at all. I believe the person who was ignoring me was Grace. I ending up leaving!

Took my grandkids and their friends to celebrate end of school. CLOSED. Why at 2:00pm on a Friday are you closed?!?!? I had a van full of 8 and 10 year olds ready to spend a mint. I won’t be back.

I came in here last wednesday for my daughter’s birthday.
We showed up right at open, and man was it sooooo slow when we came in. I felt like taking my business elsewhere but my daughter was adamant about getting her birthday bear. So we made the decision to come back.
On Wednesday, the customers were waiting in line for a hot minute. While the employee who opened was taking forever. We ended up just walking out.
In the past when I’ve come in luckily the manager usually is in, and the store is always moving promptly.
This review is specifically for grace, and grace only, she was amazing! I give her 5/5 stars.
We ended up returning on Friday for her to help us since the other employee on Wednesday didn’t- and WOW!
Totally different experience when we came back in on Friday and the atmosphere was positive, she made us actually want to return after the crappy experience we had two days prior. She actually cared about our frustrations and listened to our experience from Wednesday. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and making a situation right.
If it wasn’t for grace I would not come back, but she made this experience a good one for us. I will be returning but only for grace. She’s really on top of it! I was impressed how much the atmosphere and mood of all the customers changed since my last visit. She truly cared about making my daughter’s birthday a good experience! Thank you so much grace!

I came here over the weekend with my family and had the most wonderful experience, specifically with the manager grace. She greeted us promptly when entering, her demeanor was so approachable, she was so kind, and patient with my kiddo- which you hardly find especially with retail anymore. She helped us pick out the perfect bear and made the whole experience one to remember. Definitely will be returning again! Thank you grace for giving our kiddo a Beary- Awesome day!

“Had the worst experience with a supposedly manager name “Grace”!I took my family 8 of us to go in and buy stuff build a bear for all the kids!” We go there and there was the special up tags still up not taking down , And I ask if the bears were 2 for 55.00 she said no then we said well there prices on stuff saying there a sale still…….. She gave attitude saying sales were over…… then said since your giving attitude I was going to honor the sale depending on what is u bought ….While my kids already had pick the bear and she/he Grace said nope that one is not on sale to my child! Then I said there looking at stuff. She keep saying well I guess I won’t honor any sale because of your attitude , that point I said you are not a good customer Service person and you are in the wrong business… I took my family of eight out ….. and she/he Grace reply Sorry my job is worth selling Bears… How disrespectful for that to come out of someone out “loud” in front of everyone inside the store plus in front of my kids … not good customer service at all😡😡😡😡😡

2nd time coming here and has been a great overall experience. One thing is I wish they had a more quiet place to do voice recordings.
