Sunday, Dec. 11th workers (mid-day) -- kudos to you and your AMAZINGLY above and beyond attitude!The manager (I believe or supervisor) and a newer cashier that helped me on Sunday went above and beyond their duties. I was greeted, asked if I needed help, given small talk, and they helped me find items I was looking for. They went well above their duties to try and help me find what I needed. The cashier was new I believe and she was totally willing to help and learn. She asked her supervisor/manager maybe for help, and they worked together to find what I was looking for. We didn't find it, but they did all they could, which is much more than any other store that day. I went next door to osh kosh b'gosh and the entire experience and vibe of the store was drastically different. Carters employees needs to go over and train the other store on greeting customers, pleasant customer exchange and less attitude. A smile and pleasant exchange goes A LONG way....I was having a stressful morning, I started to get a migraine and I just wasn't having it. Store after store, people had attitude and you walk into these stores and no one says a word. They act as if you're bugging them when you ask for another size or direction of an item. NOT at carters, not these employees. 2 out of 32 stores gave me customer service and a great experience that day! Carter's, for helping me believe that customer service and friendly workers still exist and want to help you have an amazing experience, especially during the holidays, on a weekend, most importantly after the last couple years we've had. I'll be back....and I plan to tell my friends and followers! Yay for you guys!

The store is always busy but the staff are helpful and kind. I was able to find someone to help me but unfortunately the size was unavailable. The staff offered me to order for me and free shipping.

Purchased baby clothes I asked for a military discount, I guess this store do not honor military ( not cool) the most issue that I experienced the cashier and manager was sooooo rude even my husband was saying those two was very rude I almost did not complete my purchase but my husband as a (Master Chief in the navy) was nice enough to say just go ahead and buy it. We have 5 Grandkids I loves shopping for them but this type of situation I will never shop in this store again. Today I will return all I have bought in this store yesterday.

I don't know what the fuss is... everything is expensive even on sale or discount... but the worst part is the manager or whoever is the supervisor is just so rude. And we're just here on vacation.., kind of have a bad taste.. what a shame. Shop somewhere else. Their kids stuff is nothing special and marked up so they can say it's "on sale" and rude employees

Always the cutest stuff for little ones, and the prices in general are ok sometimes a lil.steep but the sales offset that.

A bit disappointed with the lack of 2t and 3t boys clothing, but they had TONS of baby boy and baby through toddler girls clothes. The lines took forever, but the gals at the registers were helpful and pleasant.

Poor management at this store! I drove over 40 minutes to this location, upon walking in with my child that is under 5yrs old I was told Carters is requiring 2yrs and older to wear a mask. The management would not let us shop without my child putting a a mask on. We left and I called several Carters locations and all stated that it is 5yrs and older. Funny thing is we were just in the Osh Kosh store next door and nothing was said. I called to talk with the manager and sat on hold for quite awhile and they just never picked up. I would avoid this Carters location. Poor service here!

Must wear a mask or get kicked out, they do not allow people with health conditions who can't wear a mask or have breathing issues in... Most stores allow people with health exceptions in but this location will not.

When a friend has a baby, or at my age a grand baby, this is where I shop to buy gifts. Carter's is a respected name for beautiful clothing, fashionable styles and basics, all high quality and at affordable prices. The outlet, with their discounted items, makes it that much better! They get the previous season's items but who cares? Do styles for infants, babies and toddlers change that much? No! And when I buy gifts, I always buy for a future season, not the current season. Here me out. Typically parents have clothing for the here and now so buying a size or two in the future ensures they have clothing for their children to grow into. Since they grow so fast, new parents find this super helpful. The prints at Carter's are adorable and the fabrics are so coat and cuddly! They have a huge plethora of options in every gender, age and size, which means you can easily find everything you need in one store. Plus lots of blankets, bottles, bibs, toys and accessories. Always check online for coupons which you can use on top of their already discounted prices. You're welcome!

I came into this location with a exchange without a receipt. They still had tags on them but the lady at the front counter told me if I didn’t have a receipt she wouldn’t be able to exchange them not to mention she had attitude. I knew that she was wrong and I pulled up the return policy on the carter website to show her she was wrong. She then paused with a blank stare and said “only if you wanted you’re money back” I had told her in the beginning I wanted to just exchange them not my money back. She was too busy in the front counter folding clothes so she had a guy help me exchange the items. While the guy was helping me she had said “you’ll get whatever priced they are for the exchange” I told her politely “ i just wanted a exchange.”. This location needs better customer service and nor to lie to the customers on policy returns or exchanges.
