I had the worst experience perhaps in my long life today at Chase Bank in Woodburn. I tried to wire money to a legitimate car dealership in a large city that has been in business for over 70 years and the women that this bank hired as "tellers and managers" refused refused refused three times to send MY money to complete my auto purchase. After waiting in line, the teller Marbley, asked me to step to the back of the line so she could help other customers first because wiring money took time. I said no because I too had another appointment to get to. Then after all the paperwork, they questioned the legitimacy of my actions and refused to complete the transaction. I contacted the dealership again to let them know the trouble I was experiencing and went inside and requested a wire again but the staff at bank hummed and hawed and I had to leave for my other appointment. I called the dealership again and spoke to manager who was furious and threatened to sue bank for suggesting they were scam artists. Third time back to bank and all 4 ladies are whispering and united in their refusal to help me. I left and came home and was able to send full amount online after being told it couldn't be done by same women. In my experience today, this bank is racist, ageist and discriminatory towards women who don't appear to be what seems to them affluent and educated. They, in my humble and master's degree affluent educated opinion, are needing retraining. Suggested demotions as well as reassignments because Chase Bank needs to improve their customer service. I'm ashamed for Chase that I had to experience such discrimination and will tell many about my experience. No one at the bank gave me a legitimate reason as to why they wouldn't help me. I think they enjoyed humiliating an older woman in fact. I list over two hours of my day and gained great frustration and sadness over this experience.

The people who work here are awful. The Manager Debbie especially, if you are not a regular well known customer you will be treated like you don't matter. There are always lines and always new tellers because they are so rude to their employees they don't stick around long. Don't go to this branch if you need anything done because you will wait forever. Debbie is so rude and stuck up to customers unless she knows you Wells the. She will chat with you for 20 minutes while everyone else waits. Take your banking elsewhere.
