“I had to drop a quick note here. Strolled in this evening, first off, I'm a guy, a guy that hates shopping. There's not one thing I like about shopping. Unless it's for guns, motorcycles, or something like that. Shopping for clothes? I LOATHE! Like Grinch style loathe.I was already dreading having to go shopping. I needed some formal wear for a Military Ball this weekend. Yes this weekend, as in 3 days. Nothing like waiting until the last second right? My plan was to hit a few stores here, walk away disappointed and complain about it for a day and a half and then go back and get something I hated.I walked into the Calvin Klein store and after about 2 minutes of looking one of the store representatives asked if I needed help. Yes I do!Roberto was his name and he was awesome! I'm not kidding when I say that within 5 minutes, he had me hooked up with a suit jacket, shirt, pants and undershirts. It took me longer to get to this store than it did for me to try everything on and get checked out! Roberto was awesome, knew exactly where everything was, what sizes I needed and style I was looking for. Thank you Roberto! Mission accomplished and my weekend procrastination averted!Appreciate you, your help and the Military discount!”
“I've never been in a Gap until now and it was awesome!. Nice clothes for their brand and overall a great experience!! Worth the asking prices in regards to clothes etc.”
“Sunday, Dec. 11th workers (mid-day) -- kudos to you and your AMAZINGLY above and beyond attitude! The manager (I believe or supervisor) and a newer cashier that helped me on Sunday went above and beyond their duties. I was greeted, asked if I needed help, given small talk, and they helped me find items I was looking for. They went well above their duties to try and help me find what I needed. The cashier was new I believe and she was totally willing to help and learn. She asked her supervisor/manager maybe for help, and they worked together to find what I was looking for. We didn't find it, but they did all they could, which is much more than any other store that day. I went next door to osh kosh b'gosh and the entire experience and vibe of the store was drastically different. Carters employees needs to go over and train the other store on greeting customers, pleasant customer exchange and less attitude. A smile and pleasant exchange goes A LONG way....I was having a stressful morning, I started to get a migraine and I just wasn't having it. Store after store, people had attitude and you walk into these stores and no one says a word. They act as if you're bugging them when you ask for another size or direction of an item. NOT at carters, not these employees. 2 out of 32 stores gave me customer service and a great experience that day! Carter's, for helping me believe that customer service and friendly workers still exist and want to help you have an amazing experience, especially during the holidays, on a weekend, most importantly after the last couple years we've had. I'll be back....and I plan to tell my friends and followers! Yay for you guys!”
“Two ladies we dealt with yesterday were absolutely amazing!!!! They were super helpful and patient with us. Their price scanner wasn't working and they were totally cool with. Checking each price for us of the stuff that was on sale. Thank you ladies for the amazing customer service.”
“We were there yesterday just to look, but my son found Kermit the Frog and lit up! I had forgotten my wallet so I had to call my husband and get everything figured out. The staff were so kind and helpful. I wish I could mention them by name.”
