Employees laugh at you for asking questions. We stood around looking for a product and they did not offer help, when we asked two employees (who were just chatting with each other) they laugh at us. Worst service. I would give -5 if I could so I would give them a one.

Completely bummed! We bought our 11 year old her first pair in Sept. When school started. She was over the moon! It is jan.15 2025 (exactly 4 months later) and the fabric has separated from the rubber of the shoe.makung them go in the trash! Huge waist of $70.00 !

I’ve been wearing Converse for last 15 years now. One of my favorite shoes to ever. The reason why I gave it 3 stars at this location is because the employees will be a hit and miss on knowing what they are doing. I’ve had great employees that knows there job and I also had employees that doesn’t give a shit about there job. It’s very annoying when I have those type of people especially yesterday.

Prices are the same or more expensive than online (more expensive if the website is running a sale, which is almost always). Far fewer colors than online, and this store seems to mostly focus on high tops. Not worth finding parking.

They sent me an order that was completely wrong, wrong size and wrong style. Then proceeded to tell me my item was out of stock and don't know when it'll be back. Order selectors AR obviously not paying attention in the warehouse, now I'm out over $120 and a limited drop. ?

Has a great selection of Converse. Staff was just right on the helpful scale without being pushy or trying to upsell you. We got in, found what we wanted, and got out!
