In that case, why weren't you open, why didn't you work? I could pay and now I feel the inconvenience that my phone is switched off and I can't call or receive messages.

I am hearing disabled, and Armi, and the rest of the Cricket Crew at Hood Ave Cricket store, in Molalla, treated me with kindness and respect. Armi took to my notepad for communicating in stride and was helpful in finding the perfect phone for me. It was such a good experience I am writing this review. I was able to switch my phone plan without any trouble. Thank you Armi!

Do not shop at CRICKET PHONE STORE in Woodburn, Or on Mt.Hood Hwy location. I went to purchase a phone on sale. They were out of stock. I was promised when the phone came in past the sale date. I would get the phone for the sale price. I was notified the phone came in. They would not honor there WORD!!!I have been a long time customer. They lie and do not backup what they promised. They did make any offer to make things right,PEOPLE!!! They claim to be Religious people. You must turn religion on and off as needed. Be ware!!! PEOPLE!!!!
