We were there yesterday just to look, but my son found Kermit the Frog and lit up! I had forgotten my wallet so I had to call my husband and get everything figured out. The staff were so kind and helpful. I wish I could mention them by name.

The employees here are so great. I have a brother that is on the autism spectrum and every time he knows I will be in the area if this store, he asks me to check for a plush toy on his wishlist. In order to secure the toy he wants, I call ahead to reserve it for pickup. The employees here are so nice, they check for whatever toy he is looking for, even when they’ve had to check for multiple items. They have great customer service, I don’t know if any of the employees will see this but you have helped make a young man on the spectrum very happy with your customer service.
