Save your Time and money and go elsewhere.
They have zero respect for long term tenets or Veterans!
It has got outrageously expensive in my last 5years of being here.
They really like to hike their prices every 3 months . And their maintenance and customer service have just gotten worse in the last few years.
So don’t tell me you hike up your prices !!!100%!!! over the last two years for maintenance because that is just ridiculous.
I was looking at new reviews of people being locked out for no reason , break ins ,tweaked on the property , Mice and other rodents !!!! I am terrified to go check on my unit because if there is anything wrong what am i supposed to do if stuff was damaged because the management don’t like to inform their customer’s about these issues!
We have not pulled out yet because everyone knows how inconvenient it is to move out of storage.
So please save your money and go elsewhere

I am re-editing this because for the past 3 months we got a horrible experience with this Self Store first of all I would HIGHLY Recommend to take your business elsewhere because they had a brake in and never informed there customer that there was suspicious activity and to check there storage unit to see if they were the one's that were targeted we called several times to have them do something and all they said was they will reach out to us and they never did they never even offered me a different storage unit for us to move.

I've had storage here 2x now and they are so clean and the most affordable I have found in 100 mile radius. So I'm glad to travel and enjoy the scenery. I have to go in late because of my schedule, but I've always felt safe when it turns dark. The staff is amazing, I wish I could remember names but it never matters who I talk to, they go over and beyond and never fail me. I'm a needy person cause I'm an old woman but they have patience and respect. Thankyou for listening!

The only issue is that rent increases commence immediately. However, it remains more affordable compared to other options, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. As long as you maintain a respectful and cordial relationship with them, you should have a positive experience.
