Absolutely brilliant. From the first time I went to this (local, family-owned) store, I received great service. Riley was the main person I worked with. He listened to my needs. He visited my home to offer advice and take measurements. He did loads of research to find options for me (and narrow down choices so it wasn't overwhelming). I ended up with a sofa, a sofa bed, a mattress and foundation, and two book shelves. All of this was delivered yesterday by Riley and a father-son employee duo and I so appreciated their skill (and strength) in moving things into place, including some awkward downstairs-upstairs challenges. I could not be more delighted ... and I'll add that the shopping/communication experience was much, much better than the typical experience in a chain furniture store.

Thanks to the Flomers team for providing so much assistance on our recently completed kitchen remodel. We purchased 4 new appliances from them. As usual, Flomers was great helping us with our purchase and followed through helping set up the installation. Very nice shopping local and having such knowledgeable and helpful folks to assist us.

We were searching for a new sectional and stopped by here. So happy we did! Tom helped us initially, and within a week we returned to purchase. Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are not pushy, and allow you to walk around and feel comfortable shopping. This will be where we purchase in the future as well! Really good quality and prices are fair. So glad we found an awesome place to buy furniture in our community!

Service was great aside from the fact that there was only one person working at the time so had to wait. Gave me time to look around though. Very friendly, had what I needed at the right price.

Very helpful and knowledgeable without any sales pressure. I was looking for a very specific kind of accent chair and the owner sent me home with dimensions and swatches so I felt totally comfortable before making my purchase. I will definitely be coming back!

I am so glad that I found Flomer's in Woodburn. I had visited several of the larger providers of living room furniture in Salem. Flomer's had a very nice showroom, lots of options for fabrics and styles. I found exactly what I'd been looking for. Tom was very nice, helpful and knowledgable. I recommend that you check them out before shopping at chain furniture stores.
