Horrible experience!! Can’t return in store with a receipt and they do not offer a store credit! My receipt/ Items were purchased literally two days ago The management staff are knowledgeable and very unhelpful. Even when it came to asking for higher management and t, she was very unwilling to provide me with her name/managers name and the corporate 800 number.. Using the store Credit card is more hassle than what it’s worth! No customer service at all!! And obviously incompetent staff!!

Love for ever21 but today worst experience ever in this location I will not come back here at outlet, while the manager name Kelly or was helping Kelly she was a older lady on her batch said Store Manager. She laughed at my face while I was doing a couple of returns I even asked her what was funny why was she laughing and she said I was funny!!She made me feel so stupid and the worst how could I asked to talk to a manager if she is the manager….. I hope this place should hire the right people !!!

I was shopping here about 2 weeks ago, and I overheard an elderly lady employee telling a racist joke (about Mexican people). A girl walked away from her clearly uncomfortable, And the elderly employee just laughed…..I was extremely offended and left. Will not be giving my money to this business.

This store would be great if it wasn’t for one racist, discriminating person. I witnessed this lady yelling at not only employees but customers too! She told two of her employees they couldn’t speak Spanish because she only understood English. Kelly Nierengarten The store would be a better place without you.

This place was closed on a Saturday. I showed up at 3pm the sign said open from 10am-9pm and there were people outside waiting for someone to come to the doors. It took mall security to tell us they were closed for the day for no apparent reason. Horrible and ridiculous for someone that drove from out of town to come to this specific store! I would give a 0 review if I could.

They had a lot of really cute clothes in here and the prices are great the only thing that I don't like is that they only carry the small sizes they should carry large sizes also to make it fair for everyone

Had a super sweet person named Annabelle help my friend and I out while we were there. Was super charismatic, funny, and overall made our trip very pleasant. It was my first time going to that location and my first time at the woodburn outlets, and overall I was very pleased. I hope she gets a raise, since she was working hard and definitely made me want to leave a positive review.
